So.
A coworker gifted me (as in, gave me for free) a Nikon D800E that he’s no longer using
And uh
This thing is the biggest camera I own now

I have an Everest and a dream and a bunch of obnoxious weapons at LL3 and I’m about to make that everyone else’s problem.
So this mixtape…
…is 🔥🔥🔥
Thinking about doing music commissions…
Don’t know if that’s a thing anyone would be interested in, but the idea would basically be that I could make character themes for you to use for OCs, or for moments in a story, or score a video for you, or…something along those lines.
Haven’t actually given that a shot as a means of showing what I can do as a music producer…
Is this something anyone would be interested in?
I have completed the RPM Challenge for 2024, which means I have a new album out on Bandcamp.
It’s called Nightlife, due to the fact that it was mostly made during the late night post-work hours of February, and it’s a mix of varying types of electronic tracks, many of them containing neurobasses, because neurobasses are my specialty.
Some of it is aggressive and in-your-face, some of it is somewhat chill, but I do feel like I managed to make something cohesive, and I’m quite pleased with that.
It’s ten tracks long and clocks in at just over 37 minutes of playtime.
Also @secret--psalms--saturn did the album artwork for it, and it’s pretty cool.
If you check it out, I hope you enjoy it.
Reblog to greeble your followers.
So I found my copper contact coin, and it has patina’d…interestingly…
7-8 oc of your choice
I actually didn’t think of that post as an ask game, but alright, it’s an ask game now!
I asked @charlezarrd for what character to answer for and he picked Nikita Walker!
7) Describe the shoes they’re wearing. (This is a big catch all, gets into money, taste, practicality, level of wear, level of repair, literally what kind of shoes they require to live their life.)
Nikita, whenever she’s not in armor or her jumpsuit, is usually wearing black combat boots.
They’re tough, practical, no-nonsense, and on top of all of that they help add to her generally intimidating exterior.
Plus, they’re not hard to replace or repair, and they tend to be built to give her good grip in lost places, which helps in case she needs to either bug out fast (and thus climb or run in a hurry) or fight (which means that she can plant her feet and not move all that much outside the armor).
8) Describe the place where they sleep. (ie what does their safe space look like. How much (or how little) care / decoration / personal touch goes into it.)
Nikita’s living quarters in the Arcadia are relatively spartan. She’s got a fairly straightforward bunk with a dresser and a mirror, plus her bathroom right nearby which is fairly compact.
It’s bigger than what she was used to in the service, and she has an actual mattress now (which she is slowly learning is not considered a luxury by most people), but most of the space is still fairly empty because she’s still getting used to calling it hers.
As time goes on, she’ll fill it in with a desk and a bunch of posters and whatnot, and she’ll also allow it to be a bit less sloppy as she gets used to not being a military gal anymore that has to follow “regulations” and such. But for now, that’s reserved for the main space in the Arcadia, because her room still feels like a “temporary” space.
