i did that every day last year since I was in a dorm without a kitchen it was rad!! I'm home for the summer though and I don't want to be obnoxious and wake my mom up lol i'm getting cereal instead

Alexis waited patiently, she'd sent Mackenzie Saxon a message earlier, asking the other woman to lunch with her. The two had briefly met at Jackson Doherty's masquerade even over the summer, and being in a similar business it wasn't so odd to want to have a chat.
Of course, a chat wasn't the only reason Alexis wanted to meet with the American. She was talented in the field -- would have to be, to be Doherty's right hand. And Jim wanted her skills under his employment -- it couldn't hurt to make an offer.
