This is another screener that was sent over to be from Justin Cook. We are getting a crime/drama movie with a bit of romance mixed in. I'd even argue there are Neo-Noir elements as well. What we get here is how one event can change the lives of so many of these characters. I did enjoy that. A bit long, but not enough to ruin it. This is from China so keep that in mind. I'd still recommend a view.
