Why you need to Backup DropBox files

This makes the storage of files pointless, because you are constantly opening them and viewing their contents. Rather than take the risk of losing irreplaceable files, instead you need to be more creative by using a combination of file syncing tools and additional backup services to protect you in case of a crash.
How to backup files already in DropBox
If you have a lot of files only saved in DropBox, then you will want to backup DropBox by copying those files to another location. Start by opening up a file transfer site, and then using this to open up your DropBox account, signing in and allowing the transfer site to view and display your files on its own pages. you can then highlight the files you want to save, and select the location that you want to copy the files to. Press accept, and your files will be saved.
