@backwardscigam agreed to some angst
~𝕽~ Shit had happened, mistakes were made. It’s not the first time since he became Nightwing that things hadn’t gone according to plan, and he knew well enough he couldn’t save everybody. Not to mention, it’s been two days now since the incident, but he’d not been able to sleep at all in that time-frame and the Nightwing that had been roaming Blüdhaven for the past nights was more discouraged zombie than hero. So he’d decided he needed a distraction, and Zee was first to come to mind. Nobody likes someone to randomly show up at their doorstep in the middle of the night, ok, admittedly, it wasn’t that late yet. Nonetheless, he decided to take the chance. Choice number two would have been Alfie, but he'd rather not show up at the manor right now, in case the big bad Bat were to overhear him. And let’s admit it, Bruce was never really good with making someone feel better. Thus, there’s a Dick Grayson at her door, somehow this didn’t seem like a window entry occasion, now already in the process of knocking, a bottle of wine in his hand, hoping she was home.
