These mini meatloaf patties are packed with all the delicious flavors of a bacon cheeseburger. They are easy to make and perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup milk. 1/4 cup diced onion. 1/4 cup diced pickles. 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup mustard. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 4 slices of bacon for topping. Additional cheese slices for topping.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C. Put ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, diced onion, diced pickles, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled cooked bacon, ketchup, mustard, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix everything together well. Make small meatloaf patties out of the mixture and put them on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Put a piece of bacon around each mini meatloaf patty and use toothpicks to hold them together. Put the pan in a hot oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the meatloaf patties are done and the bacon is golden brown. At the very end of the cooking time, add an extra slice of cheese to top each patty and let it melt. Take them out of the oven and let them cool down a bit before you serve them.
