This Bacon Ranch Corn Dip is the ultimate crowd-pleaser! It's creamy, savory, and loaded with delicious flavors like bacon, cheese, and ranch seasoning. Perfect for parties, game day, or any gathering where you want to impress your guests!
Ingredients: 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled. 2 cups frozen corn kernels, thawed. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup mayonnaise. 1 cup sour cream. 1 packet ranch seasoning mix. 1/4 cup chopped green onions. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked bacon, thawed corn, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, green onions, and cilantro. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with additional chopped green onions and cilantro if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
