This Crockpot Bacon Swiss Dip is a tasty and creamy appetizer that is great for any event. This dip is so rich and tasty that it will disappear quickly! It has crispy bacon, melted Swiss and mozzarella cheeses, and creamy mayo and sour cream.
Ingredients: 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled. 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1 cup mayonnaise. 1 cup sour cream. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 cup chopped green onions optional, for garnish.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked and crumbled bacon, Swiss cheese, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well. Transfer the mixture into a crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until the cheese is melted and the dip is heated through, stirring occasionally. Once ready, garnish with chopped green onions if desired. Serve hot with your favorite dipping accompaniments like tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced baguette.
