maybe this is a dumb thought
what if the bad thing aria did is something to do with nicole? like aria secretly hired someone to kidnap nicole all this time so she could have ezra back. and if that happened then ezra would for sure leave aria for nicole. but idk why ezra would be put in jail... THATS the part thats fucking me up its so annoying. the only thing that makes sense that would put put ezra in jail AND have him dumb aria is her being pregnant underage with his baby and miscarrying/aborting it. and tbh thats not that big of a deal, at least not big enough to make aria turn on her friends and all this shady stuff shes doing to protect the secret. im not saying miscarrying/aborting is nbd, im just saying in this SHOW with it being ezria...he still loves her after knowing shes killed someone and she still loves him after knowing he stalked her and her friends. nothing seems too big for them.
im wondering if maybe aria arranged for nicole to be held hostage, and did it in ezra’s name or number or just any way it would frame HIM for it. that way if this news came out, it would look as though ezra hired someone to kidnap nicole which would send him to jail and he’d find out it was aria who arranged it so he’d dump her. it could be why aria was so freaked out when she answered ezra’s phone and it was nicole. and why she deleted the call so ezra wouldnt know about it.
i havent seen any other theories like this, maybe that means its dumb? lol i dont know i just thought its a fresh new thought instead of the whole pregnancy idea. let me know your thoughts! could this be a possibility? do you have any further proof to make this make sense? or any proof to completely debunk this idea?
