Highlights of my night thus far
Do as I say, not as I do.
I went for my walkabout town first thing upon waking up this morning. I got up, got dressed, collected my things, and set out.

Yeah, I didn’t eat. I’m one of those people who doesn’t eat right away upon waking up, so I blanked it. I haven’t eaten anything since dinner last night, nearly 24 hours ago. No wonder I was a bit wobbly on the walk home.
Take it from me kids: don’t exercise on a empty stomach. Ugh.
I did not practice good self care today. I didn't take any Tylenol or go for my short walks to stretch my legs. As a result, the leg with the clots is swollen and painful. No Bueno.
