Just wanted to say thank you to all for the last 5 years. It was good. All of it. Plenty of lessons learned along the way make it possible to keep evolving. We’ve decided to change the name up to better inform people what we do. The spirit of TK will always live on. We feel there is no better time than right now to start fresh. We’ll keep pushing forward, exploring Mexican food, and keep pushing it forward. Honoring classics, but always with a sense of remixing inherited recipes.
