One week ago I filled up my gas tank here and purchased a car wash. The receipt never printed. I went inside with Tommy as we had about 10 minutes until school started and we didn’t weigh as a cashier grandpa Lee waiting on a few people, gas up with a few more. When we finally got to the front I informed her what had happened and requested a copy of my receipt. She began yelling and at one point called me stupid and told me to shut up in front of Tommy. Long story short, I never got my receipt which means I never receive my car wash. I have been trying to reach just about anyone who will listen. I’ve been hung up on when requesting you manager, I tried contacting regional and corporate Mobil Exxon via CS numbers and emails. I wasn’t going to blow this up. I didn’t want to get dramatic. It’s $10.
