"Pacify her, she is getting on my nerves." He is saying this to Liu, telling him to get rid off of Jeff because he can't even stand seeing Jeff anymore
"You don't love her, stop lying with those words." He is saying this to Jeff. He knows what Jeff have done, so he believes that Jeff is lying to Liu or trying to trick Liu to trust him so he can attack them again.
So, thought the whole song, Sully is afraid that Jeff is going to hurt him again and going between Liu and Jeff to convince them to stay away from each other - even if Jeff only wants to fix his relationship with Liu and deeply cares about him after the events.
