"Lied to you? How did - no, I'm not even going to ask that, I don't even want to know," she kept herself from yelling, which was a surprise to her.
Huffing slightly, she continued with her anger filled words. "Of course I ran, you silly alien, what else would I have done? I don't even travel with you!" After she had finished speaking, she laughed, unsure of what to say. She had disappointed another person, which was not a surprise to her.
"Of course you thought I was different, but I am not. I have always been a miserable sack of nothing living on the streets; don't you dare come down here and tell me that you have been betrayed or some tripe like that."
