(I saw a post of, I think, Elaena Velaryon and I got curious....)

I'm not gonna talk about my hotd ones because i just dgaf about them at the moment (or at least until june maybe) so i'll talk about my akotsk ones
Okay so there are two of them, Baela Targaryen and Elaena Velaryon.
Baela my first girl!! I was sooo flip flopping between personalities and fcs but for now i'm settled on this. She's Baelor's daughter, oldest of his children. She's the perfect picture of a princess, dutiful, fair and so on. She loves her parents and brothers, especially her father. Her motive to push herself to be the best version is baelor, because she thinks how such a perfect man/prince/father etc, deserves perfect children. She does have that romantiziced view of them, thinks Valarr is great at tourney even if he's a flop... Baelor's death became sort of catalyst in her life, everything was great and then her beloved dad dies but at least she had her brothers to share her grief then comes spring sickness and they too die despite nursing them to health herself while recovering from the sickness too.
After that she just... isolates herself, barely eating, not enjoying horserides anymore and so on. I went with Baela because I thought it would be neat if she was named after Baelor by Jena, kinda like Jena's attribute for his kindness and what not. Which becames tragic in the end as she can't stand to look at herself in the mirror or hear the name that resembled her father.
Along the way she marries Aerion for [political reasons enter here], still can't decide if its after or before ashford tourney but moving on. Despite the whole her love interest being aerion (i'm finnpilled sorry) i'm not putting much actual real "story" on them. I'm mostly focusing on her and the whole grief and tragedy of her life.
Moving on to Elaena! Elaena is a part of very insignificant Velaryon line who by sheer luck inherited driftmark. She is her father's only legitimate heir with a bastard half brother. As the only legitimate child it falls on her to one day inherit driftmark and she is determent to prove herself and see it through. Her father marries her off to Daeron the Drunken as a way to remove her from driftmark and fuel his own ambition as he plans on legitimizing her half brother so he can inherit instead.
Elaena is rightfully angry at that, because not only it is her right to have driftmark the marriage itself is humiliation on her pride. Daeron is not... ideal as one could see and very low down the line. She needs a husband who will stand by her side when the time comes and he proved to not even pretend he could do so. She hates him at first, they are both such different people and it is very embarassing to her to be wedded to a drunk but in the long run he really isn't that bad that it sort of blooms into....something.
Most painful part of that whole mess is that she was very close with her brother - Lucerys, especially as she didn’t have any other siblings. He doesn't refuse their father's offer or idea of it despite everything and she starts to resent him and it puts such a gash into their relationship that even when it recovers it isn't as before.
