Why do LIKE watching your favorites die?
Because if I get attached to a character to the point where I cry over their death, then they were important to me. And I like to make myself cry.

Mary River MacDonald is a muggleborn, and she ain’t afraid to show you. The instant she placed her Doc Martens on the marble floors of Hogwarts she knew that she would meet resistance. Did she care? No. Instead, she would make it her mission to cause annoyance. Where quills were required she would whine about their idiocy, and ask her mother to please send her pens to use ( “Wizards are abso’ weirdos, mum. Send me pens, pls xoxo” ), and, often, she would sing David Bowie songs ( Heroes, after its release ) as she walked down the hallways. She became a symbol of the muggle-world within the walls of Hogwarts. Talking of Sex Pistols, The Ramones, The Clash, Blondie ( !!! ), but most of all she would talk of the oddity of being judge for the blood in your veins. Mary was never afraid of being exactly who she was, because her mother had made a point out of raising her daughter unafraid and with the ability to get what she wanted if she wanted it enough. Yet, the mark Mulciber left upon porcelain skin would never fade from her memory. Out of sight, but never out of mind. Whereas potions was not her strongest academic endeavour, Mary would excel in Charms and History of Magic. She was never born to be a fighter, even if Defence Against the Dark Arts was interesting ( thrilling! ) her attention-span never really managed the tedious classes. Instead, Mary was a pixie girl with dreams in her eyes and a cigarette tucked behind her right ear. She was painfully real, and horribly non-comital ( even to her friends ), claiming that spontaneity and life was killed by plans.
“Yo, got some green, pal?” Petite figure approaching, clad in a too big t-shirt and a tight miniskirt. Docs on her feet and a smile to accompany the question. “Swear to God that I should’ve brought more from home. I’m Mary, by the way. Lovely to meet ‘cha, babes.”
Amans? More like AMENS. Haha amirite ladies?
Publius Vergilius Maro, The Aeneid, Liber Quartus
So I might make one of those popular text post memes about the Aeneid, but I've only found a couple posts so far that could work. Anyone have any ideas?
Dido: He is BAE
Anna: You should call him Bæneas
Dido: Good idea
The official ship name for Dido/Aeneas is now Dido Aeneas. With an elision.
