I just don't understand people.

I was reading on Facebook today that some girl was beat very badly by football player in a high school. It also explained that the girl was gay. In the comments of the post many many people were for the football player stating if women want the right to vote an earn as much as men the should be able to take a hit too. It fucking baffles me that people think hitting a woman is ok. Who cares if she was gay she's still a woman. People are fucking stupid. I really hope someday that people won't be as thick headed as they are now but, I think I'll be hoping for quite a long time.
