A delicious and simple smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel sandwich topped with red onion, tomato, capers, lemon juice, and dill.
Instructions: Toast the bagel in half until it is lightly crispy. On each half of the bagel, spread cream cheese. On one half of the bagel, spread smoked salmon. Place slices of red onion and tomato on top of the salmon. Capers should be sprinkled on top of the vegetables. Lemon juice should be squeezed over the capers and vegetables. Dill should be sprinkled on top of the salmon. To make a sandwich, place the other half of the bagel on top.
