Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 6-8 minutes per side. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute. Add cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they begin to soften, about 2-3 minutes. Top each chicken breast with sliced mozzarella cheese and cover the skillet until the cheese melts, about 2 minutes. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the chicken breasts. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.

Dill should be sprinkled on top of the salmon. To make a sandwich, place the other half of the bagel on top.

Instructions: The chopped peaches, brown sugar, and granulated sugar should all be combined in a big pot. Add the ground nutmeg, ground cinnamon, and lemon zest and stir. Stirring occasionally, cook the mixture over low heat for one to one and a half hours, or until it thickens and takes on the consistency of jam. Take it off the heat and allow it to cool a little. Make sure there is a 1/4-inch headspace at the top of each jar when transferring the peach butter into sterilized jars. To guarantee appropriate preservation, seal the jars and process in a water bath for ten to fifteen minutes. Before storing the jars in a cool, dark location, let them cool completely. Savor your homemade peach butter jam as a condiment or on toast or biscuits!
