That's awesome I study energy work that's awesome it felt that way to you, normally it's hot but who am I to say you're wrong? Sounds like something is working that's for sure

That's a common thing for me. Not all energy will be warm. Some like that will be cold, but don't be alarmed. It just means it's working.
