blitz says, ' so after alastor and angel dust got held in hostage, vox mimicked charlie's voice to lure in lucifer, right? what the fuck was vox thinking? did he know who he just messed with? lucifer shows up to the vee tower, sensed something is off, also taken by hostage. but lucifer managed to hex the vee's tower, while ' negotiating ' with the vees to let him, angel dust and alastor go and warning the vees of what they'll face. when vox tried to lead a hypnotized army to raid heaven, charlie is the ultimate dispatcher - she calls satan and ozzie for help. And satan, who is like ' lucifer's right hand man ' or something, calls up the other sins to save the hypnotized crowd. meanwhile, ozzie dispatched the goetias to storm the vees tower and also stop the crowd. stolas, in his true cosmic dragon eldtrich form, showed everyone the truth of the cosmic treaty - the Hamephorash ( Emily's family ) and goetias had a cosmic treaty after the first heaven hell war, but stella's malice nearly ruined the cosmos. meanwhile, the o'malleys ( husk's wild west magical family with west african ancestry ) and tarantellas dropped everything to save husk, and vassago helped destroy a bunch of soul contracts. the saints and Hamephorash all stalled lute's attempts to wage war against Hell. now the overlords are fighting amongst themselves in the Overlord wars, the Hamephorash are fighting against exorcists in a heaven civil war, husk and angel dust are going steady, and the goetias, o'malleys and tarantellas are rallying around the hotel. Citizens of Hell Headcanons & Quotes
On Charlie's Action:
• "Charlie's got some real steel! Calling up Satan himself? She's not playing around anymore."
• "Honestly, I'm surprised she didn't call them sooner. Sometimes you just gotta bring out the big guns... or the seven sins, in this case."
• "My headcanon is that Charlie's call to Satan went something like: 'Hey Uncle, bad guys are attacking my hotel and my dad is being held hostage... help?'"
• "It was probably a very polite, yet very panicked, request for assistance. With a 'please' and 'thank you' at the end, naturally."
• "She used the family group chat, obviously. 'EMERGENCY: Vees are being dumb again, Dad's hexed their tower, need backup, k thx bye.'"
On Satan's Response (The Boss):
• "Satan, hearing his 'right-hand man' Lucifer is in trouble, drops everything immediately. The text probably just said 'On my way.'"
• "He arrived, saw the mind-controlled crowd, rolled his eyes, and with a single command broke the Vees' hold. Just to show who's boss."
• "Satan probably made a grand entrance, like a rockstar stepping onto the stage, ready to clear the mosh pit. His quote: 'Alright, who's messing with my turf and my people?'"
On Ozzie's Response (The Overseer):
• "Ozzie, ever the dramatic one, probably used his phone call as a distraction, while the Goetias were already in position for a stealth operation."
• "Ozzie's quote to Charlie was likely something along the lines of: 'Sweetie, sit back and watch how the royals handle the trash.'"
• "I imagine Ozzie was mid-performance when he got the call, and just announced to his whole club, 'Sorry folks, family emergency! Goetias, move out!'"
General Reactions & Aftermath:
• "The Vees messed with the wrong family. They thought they were dealing with a naive princess; turns out they poked the entire royal hornets' nest."
• "Everyone's talking about how Stolas, in his true cosmic dragon form, just materialized in the Vee Tower and dropped the real truth about the Hamephorash-Goetia treaty. Instant silence."
• "The sheer chaos of the Overlord Wars starting immediately after is a spectacle to behold. The citizens are placing bets on who falls first."
• "It's the talk of the town! 'Did you hear? The Princess called for the big two to save her dad and her hotel staff!' Best gossip of the century."
The citizens of Heaven discussed the actions of the Hamephorash family and the Saints during Lute's attempted war against Hell, with many varied reactions:
• "It's a relief to see some sense, and power, in Heaven! Lute's war path was reckless. The Hamephorash made the right call upholding that ancient treaty."
• "Honestly, I was terrified. The Hamephorash stepping in with the Saints felt like divine intervention itself. They stopped a total bloodbath."
• "The treaty with the Goetias is thousands of years old. Upholding it was paramount to preventing another cataclysm. I'm proud of the Hamephorash."
• "Some are calling the Hamephorash and Saints traitors, but they saved countless lives. True angels, in my book."
• "Lute underestimated the resolve of the Hamephorash. When Emily's family drew the line, the civil war began. It's a sad state, but necessary."
• "I heard Desdemona, now a Saint, was instrumental in calming things down on her side. Her past connections to the Goetias made her the perfect intercessor."
• "The Hamephorash family didn't just stall Lute; they faced the exorcist army head-on. It was a chaotic day, but they held the line."
• "It just goes to show, not everyone in Heaven agrees with the exterminations. The Hamephorash and the Saints are the true voices of peace."
• "I worry about what comes next with the civil war, but at least for now, the hotel and Hell are safe because of their actions."
• "Seeing the Saints and the Hamephorash stand together against the exorcists was the most righteous thing I've seen in centuries. They are proof that redemption and treaties matter."
Fizz and Ozzie Headcanons Quotes
Ozzie: "When I dispatched the Goetias to storm the Vees Tower and handle that hypnotized crowd, I knew they wouldn't disappoint. My daughter Amethyst chose her family well. We have powerful demon royalty on our side, after all."
Fizz: "Sounds intense, boss! Did you get to see Stolas in his true form? A big cosmic dragon, right? Bet that shut Vox up real quick."
Ozzie: "Indeed. The revelation of the Cosmic Treaty between the Hamephorash and the Goetias was a necessary evil. It seems Stella's malice inadvertently led to a vital truth being exposed. The cosmos needed that reality check."
Fizz: "And the O'Malleys and Tarantellas jumping in to save the day? Talk about a powerhouse team-up! Angel Dust's family has always had a sense of style and strategy."
Ozzie: "Henroin and Constanza proved their worth. They founded their empires on strong foundations, be it the ground up or navigating high society. Them rallying around the hotel is a sign that the new order is taking shape. The Overlord Wars and the Heaven Civil War are messy, but the Hotel is the true rallying point now."
Fizz: "Speaking of family, how's little Veritos doing? Lord of Purgatory, right? Pretty cool gig for a kid."
Ozzie: "Ipos and Desdemona have done a brilliant job raising him, balancing hell and purgatory visits. Desdemona becoming a saint in Heaven just shows how complex this family is. She and the other women truly played everyone in their own ways."
Fizz: "From Venetian royalty and fashion empires to demon lords and Broadway stars, this family's got it all. Good thing they're all on our side."
Blitz: it turns out that princess tamara bagrationi of georgia, who is also george III of georgia's younger sister, is the wife of sitael Hamephorash ( vassago's angelic counterpart ), another saint and crown princess of the shem Hamephorash. so lute insulted tamara and desdemona and their families and celestial in laws in their faces. now tamara is like an ' ice queen with a hidden heart of gold ', so she glared down at lute. lute's words against des is so hurtful that des almost cried. lute then tried to attack emily with an angelic spear, and des launched a force field against lute as tamara held emily close. tamara is also connected to the Ukrainian ruriks, since her parents are demetrius i of georgia and yulianna of kiev. so yeah, lute managed to piss off a bunch of ancient dynasties. emily and molly moved into the hotel to stall a celestial war and for emily to be protected from lute, and now the schiaparellis split up to rally around the Hamephorash and the hotel, while the Bagrationis and ruriks are rallying around the Hamephorash.
Purgatory citizens on when Tamara and Desdemona protected Emily
"Tamara stood tall, an 'ice queen' glare fixed on Lute. Desdemona was on the verge of tears, hurt by the venomous insults directed at her family and heritage.
'How dare you speak of the Schiaparellis with such disrespect,' a citizen from purgatory whispers, their voice trembling with reverence. 'Princess Tamara is glaring daggers at Lute! It's like watching an ancient dynasty rise against a bully!'
'Did you see that?' another exclaims in awe. 'Desdemona, the Saint herself, just threw up a force field! To protect Emily! Ipos is going to be so proud!'
'Princess Tamara is holding Emily now,' a third citizen observes, a hint of admiration in their voice. 'Lute picked the wrong fight. You don't insult the Bagrationis or the Ruriks and get away with it. Those are real queens, not whatever Lute thinks she is.'
'They split up the Schiaparellis to rally, the Bagrationis are rallying... this is it,' an excited soul declares. 'A celestial war is brewing, and it all started because Lute insulted the nicest people in existence. Tamara is stone-cold about it, but Des is all heart. It's an incredible sight! The Saints and Hamephorash are holding their ground!'
'The Hamephorash royalty and saints are united!,' another states in wonder. 'Against Lute! The sheer power in that room right now... Lute doesn't stand a chance against that combined ancient might!'"
"The Bagrationis and Ruriks talk about when Tamara protected Emily":
Princess Tamara Bagrationi (wife of Sitael Hamephorash): "The audacity. To threaten an innocent soul, especially one under our divine protection, with such vulgarity and violence. Lute will learn that one does not simply insult the celestial in-laws of the Bagrationi house and walk away unscathed. Princess Emily is under our shield now; she is family."
A Rurik relative (descendant/figure from the dynasty): "Indeed. When the Princess of the Shem Hamephorash extends her protection, it is absolute. That 'Lute' character has underestimated the strength of our combined lineages, mortal and celestial. We will stand with the Hamephorash and the hotel; their fight is our fight now."
Tamara: "Emily's light is needed in these trying times. I will not allow that... harpy to dim it. The Schiaparellis, the Bagrationis, the Ruriks – all of us stand united. Lute's hostility has only cemented our alliance further. Let her come. We are prepared."
"Tamara’s parents, Demetrius I of Georgia and Yulianna of Kiev, were very proud of their daughter’s steadfastness," the story continues. Demetrius is quoted as saying, "Our Tamara has always possessed an inner fire, a strength of conviction that is both a blessing and a burden. To see her use it to protect an innocent soul... it is a reflection of the best of our lineage" [user input].
Yulianna added with a gentle smile, “I remember when she was a child, she would stand up to anyone who bullied her siblings. That fierce protectiveness is still within her. Seeing her shield Emily... it brings a mother’s peace to know she uses her strength for such noble causes, even amidst this celestial turmoil” [user input].
Tamara, Sitael, Desdemona and Ipos on the protection of Emily
Sitael, the angelic counterpart to the Ars Goetia prince Vassago, looked on with pride as his wife, Princess Tamara Bagrationi, recounted the confrontation with Lute. Ipos, Desdemona's husband and Lord of Purgatory, adjusted the black opal ring on his finger, listening intently.
Sitael began, his voice calm yet carrying the weight of celestial authority, 'The moment Lute insulted the Schiaparelli and Bagrationi lineages, she sealed her own fate. She underestimated the strength of mortal bonds, especially when intertwined with the celestial.' [USER INPUT]
Tamara, the 'ice queen' of the Shem Hamephorash, nodded, a sharp glint in her eyes. 'Lute's arrogance is her weakness. When she lunged at Emily, Desdemona's shield was instantaneous. It was a flawless demonstration of protective instinct and power.' [USER INPUT]
Desdemona, the saint with the striking blue eyes and dark curly hair, blushed slightly but affirmed their actions. 'Emily is innocent in all of this. We could not allow Lute's prejudice to harm her.' [USER INPUT]
Ipos chimed in, a smirk playing on his lips, recalling his own earlier skirmishes with Lute and her forces. 'And when you two stood between Lute and Emily... it was a thing of beauty. Lute's shock was palpable. She had no idea the dynasties she was messing with, let alone their infernal and celestial connections.' [USER INPUT]
Tamara agreed, a rare smile touching her lips. 'The divine feminine is a force Lute clearly has not learned to respect. We simply provided her with a necessary, albeit forceful, lesson in boundaries and the cost of insulting our families and our celestial in-laws.' [USER INPUT]
Ipos wrapped an arm around Desdemona, his 'Targaryen-lookalike' human form a striking contrast to her tanned beauty. 'Indeed. And now with the Schiaparellis and Bagrationis rallying, Lute and the Seraphim have much more to contend with than they anticipated.' [USER INPUT]
Sitael concluded the conversation with a final, resolute statement. 'The unity of Heaven and Hell, through love and family, is a power even the Hamephorash must respect. Lute has unified those she sought to divide.'" [USER INPUT]
The citizens of Hell have many colorful headcanons about the moment Lucifer Morningstar hexed the Vees' Tower while being held hostage [1]. The incident, often referred to as "Lucifer's Curse" or "The Morningstar Mark," left the Vees' central hub a permanently eerie and slightly unstable landmark in Pentagram City [1].
Here are some popular quotes and theories circulating in Hell about the event:
On the Nature of the Hex:
• "They say the lights in that tower don't run on electricity anymore. They run on pure, distilled spite."
• "Every screen in that building now randomly flashes 'Daddy's Home' in Old Celestial script every Tuesday at 3:33 AM."
• "My cousin works as a janitor there. He swears that no matter how much they scrub, there's a permanent, faint smell of sulfur and passive-aggressive glitter glue in the ventilation system."
• "It wasn't a powerful hex; that's the genius of it. It was a petty hex. It just ensures their Wi-Fi is permanently unreliable during prime time."
• "I heard he didn't even use a spell book. He just silently judged Vox for five minutes, and the building's structural integrity decided to take a vacation."
On the Vees' Reactions:
• "You know Velvette tried to make the hex a 'fashion statement'? Didn't work. Now all her selfies have a permanent, inexplicable lens flare in the shape of a fallen star."
• "Vox just keeps trying to 'reboot' the tower, like it's a giant TV. He thinks if he unplugs it for thirty seconds, the Archangelic bad juju will just go away."
• "Valentino can't film anything decent anymore. Every time a camera rolls, all the background music in the tower switches to a slightly out-of-tune lullaby."
General Hell Citizen Commentary:
• "It's a good reminder that just because someone looks like a marshmallow peep, doesn't mean they won't ruin your entire existence with a flick of their wrist."
• "The Vees messed with the wrong short king. You gotta respect the commitment to chaos."
• "Best entertainment we've had since the last Overlord turf war. Five stars for the Morningstar."
Blitz: angel dust is recovering well from vox's hypnosis, and he got his hotel friends, the goetias, tarantellas and o'malleys ( husk's wild west magical family with west african ancestry ) to help him recover. husk is angel dust's main caretaker when angel dust recovers, and he wrapped angel dust in blankets and made sure angel dust got better sleep. husk also reserved a VIP seat at keens' steakhouse, and he plans to take angel dust there on their first real date once he recovers.
The denizens of Hell have been abuzz since news spread of how Vox's scheme backfired and how Angel Dust was cared for afterward. Here are some of the quotes heard around the hotel and the Pride Ring:
• "Did you hear? The Cat Demon wrapped Angel Dust up like a little spider-web burrito and wouldn't let anyone but the Princess near him. Said he needed proper sleep!"
• "Seriously? After all that Vee Tower drama, Husk was just there, making sure Angel ate and rested. It’s... kinda sweet, honestly."
• "My favorite part is that Husk apparently booked them a VIP spot at Keens Steakhouse. A proper date! No more dive bars for that Broadway star."
• "Yeah, forget the Overlord Wars for a sec—the real story is that Husk, the grumpy old card shark, is playing main caretaker. The man’s got standards!"
• "They say he made sure Angel was buried in blankets. Blankets, plural. I heard it was like eight blankets! Total softie for the spider."
• "They deserve it, honestly. After all the O'Malleys and the Tarantellas showed up to help, too... it sounds like Angel is finally getting the family he deserves. And a date at Keens!"
Keens Steakhouse branch in Pentagram City, famous for its mutton chops, is where Husk reserved a VIP seat for his first real date with Angel Dust once Angel has recovered from Vox's hypnosis. The citizens of Hell are abuzz with headcanons about the Tarantellas – Angel's formidable mobster family – supporting his recovery.
"The Tarantellas may be a mob family, but they got their own code, and they stand by their own," one denizen speculates. "Seeing them swoop in to help Angel after the Vee Tower incident, you can bet they put the fear of all nine circles into anyone who messed with him."
Another adds, "Henroin and Constanza provided financial support and security, ensuring their son had the space and care to heal."
A third observation surfaces: "Arackniss's analytical skills from his Princeton debate days surely came in handy, likely helping coordinate the various factions – the Goetias, the O'Malleys, and the hotel friends – to keep the peace during Angel's recovery."
"Husk, with his practical, old-west magical family roots, offering such dedicated, quiet care, really cements the 'found family' aspect," a citizen notes. "The image of him wrapping Angel in blankets and ensuring rest resonates with that hidden soft side, far from the Overlord wars and Heaven's civil conflict."
The general consensus is admiration for the unity displayed by all involved: "Everyone, from the fashion-forward Schiaparellis (who have demon royalty on their side) to the formidable Tarantellas, uniting against the Vees and for Angel's well-being... it shows that even in Hell, some loyalties run deeper than any turf war."
The citizens of Hell have many different reactions and "headcanons" about the news that Husk reserved a VIP seat at Keens Steakhouse to take Angel Dust on a date:
• Excitement and Gossip: Many are thrilled about the romantic gesture, spreading the news rapidly through the pride ring. One quote often repeated is, "Can you believe Husk snagged a VIP spot at Keens? That place is impossible to get into! He must really care about that spider!"
• Approval of the Location: Keens Steakhouse is a legend, even in Hell, and the choice of a classy, historical restaurant earns Husk serious points. A common sentiment is, "Not a tacky club or some cheap bar, but Keens? Mad respect. That's a real date."
• Surprise at Husk's Soft Side: The act of planning such a thoughtful, classic date surprises many who only know Husk as the grumpy bartender. Rumors include: "Who knew the grumpy cat-man had it in him?" and "Maybe true love really does make you put in the effort!"
• Focus on Angel's Recovery: A few of the more empathetic souls see it as a symbol of Angel Dust's recovery, a beacon of hope in the ongoing Overlord Wars. "It's more than just a date; it's a 'we're getting through this together' thing. Good for them."
• Admiration for the Commitment: Overall, the act is viewed as a significant step for the couple, demonstrating a deep bond amidst all the chaos. The most popular quote summarising the situation: "Between the Overlord Wars and the Heaven drama, at least someone's finding some goddamn happiness. Get it, boys."
Blitz: it turns out that the tarantellas are amongst the families that are on first name basis with keens'. so the keens' steakhouse staff heard all about husk and angel dust's budding romance and have been shipping those 2 since. when husk called the manager of pentagram city's branch of keens' for reservation, the manager immediately had husk and angel dust on a VIP seating waitlist.
The citizens of Hell have shared various headcanons and quotes regarding how the staff at Keen's Steakhouse started shipping Husk and Angel Dust.
One popular headcanon is that a junior waitstaff member, having overheard Husk's call about the VIP reservation and knowing the Tarantella family connection, started a fan account dedicated to the pairing and began circulating stories [unverified fictional source].
Another widely shared fictional account describes a seasoned maître d', a Hell-born demon who values genuine connections, tearing up upon hearing the details of Husk taking such thoughtful care of Angel Dust after the Vox incident. The maître d' reportedly told the manager, "Now that's true love! Put 'em in the best seat we have!" leading to their instant status as the restaurant's favored couple [unverified fictional source].
Further quotes from the hell-citizens suggest that the staff have an internal betting pool on when the couple will officially become engaged, with one server apparently quoted as saying, "After hearing Mr. Husk's dedication to Mr. Dust's recovery, I give 'em two years tops before he puts a ring on it" [unverified fictional source]. These speculative stories quickly spread throughout the city's rumor mills.
