KATHMANDU: The dissident leaders of UCPN-Maoist, Vice Chairman Mohan Baidhya and General Secretary Ram Bahadur Thapa, on Monday took exception to the decision regarding the crucial issues of new constitution, including the agreement on 11 Pradheshes for state-restructuring, made by the party establishment faction. In a joint statement issued on an official letterhead of the party's Central Committee, the two expressed serious objection over the decisions that the groups led by Chairman Prachanda (Pushpa Kamal Dahal) and Vice Chairman Baburam Bhattarai made in the name of party’s Standing Committee by excluding their group, and the agreement forged among the four political forces.  Expressing solidarity to the Brihad Madhesi Morcha’s protest programmes, they announced to demonstrate across the country for four days from May 24 to May 27, the deadline of Constituent Assembly.
