白吉馍 (baijimo) being made in a commercial facility, and various people using them to make 肉夹馍 (roujiamo), sometimes referred to as "Chinese hamburgers" I want to try and make baijimo at some point and this video is like my reminder why. Credit for the tiktok is in the video but I suspect they cobbled it together from multiple douyins. Here's the baijimo recipe I plan to follow, from Eat with Jin.
