I feel like a good ending to Grey's Anatomy would be Zola, Sofia, Bailey and Tuck arriving at Grey+Sloan Memorial Hospital and getting the same speech from their Chief that their parents got from Webber. "The seven years you spend here as a surgical resident will be the best and worst of your life. You will be pushed to the breaking point. Look around you. Say hello to your competition. Eight of you will switch to an easier specialty. Five of you will crack under the pressure and two of your will be asked to leave. This is your starting line. This is your arena. How well you play? That's up to you." And then the camera goes to Pictures of their parents and the camera fades and says Grey's Anatomy

He always knows what to say at the right time and how to improve people’s mood. He has a lot of tact. So it is very easy to talk to him. Like his mother, he is calm in crisis, but not because he had a unstable childhood, but it’s just part of him. Sometimes he can be a little lazy, which really bothers him because he doesn’t want to be one, so he tries to get rid of this habit. He was raised as a very spoiled, so sometimes he thinks that life going around him and can be a bit egotistical. 

Since he was very little he can remember sneaking to see his parents in surgery. He doesn’t know if he wants to be a surgeon. He has no clue. But he liked to look at his parents during their work. He plays the guitar since he was ten and he really likes it. But he doesn’t want to develop a career as a player, because he knows how hard it is. He also really likes going to the beach, look at it, photograph it, hear the waves and to surf. He does not like girls go down on him, it gives him a feeling of powerless. He also doesn’t like that he has no idea what it is like to be in his life when he was an adult. Cleaning is one of the things he likes even less.

He and his sister are getting along very well, he likes to tease her from time to time and make fun of her, because it’s fun for him. He and his mother are getting along very good as well, because they are so similar. However, he and his father aren’t get along at all. Bailey always felt that Derek put a lot of pressure on him and never really was proud of him.
