A day can't pass in this fandom without either someone owning Alibaba tied up or Alibaba having to deal with a tied up Hakuryuu.
"It's a terrible day for rain"
"I… Hakuryuu…" the elder of the two tried, only finally daring to approach the girl as the other mourners had begun to depart. What could he possibly say to ease her heart, after losing the only family she had? Where would she go? Did she have any relatives who would take her in until she could get onto her feet?
Youmei didn’t know.
What he did know was how it felt to be alone with loss, and he would be damned if he let the young woman at his side experience it. Slowly, long pale digits slipped between their more delicate counterparts, lacing their fingers together. Giving a reassuring squeeze, Zhuo spoke clearly as a light rain began to fall “I’m here, Hakuryuu, for as long as you need.”

Send ✿ for a HAPPINESS headcanon
--[ What makes him happy is being able to make others happy and being able to take care of them. When Aladdin and Alibaba were depressed after Balbadd, he fed them frequently in order to cheer them up. And he always goes after Sharrkan when he teases Masrur.
What really makes Ja'far happy is when he sees Sinbad truly happy and unburdened even if it's only for a short amount of time. It doesn't happen as often anymore now that he has so much responsibility but when it does, Ja'far's happy for him. He's dedicated the majority of his life to serving Sinbad and he's been there to watch his decline into a person he doesn't want to be and unfortunately, Ja'far doesn't feel like there's anything he can do about that except support him. However in those moments when Sinbad is honestly happy, it allows Ja'far to relax for a minute.

☑ - A fact about the character
Youmei gets nervous around reptiles of all kinds. It's unclear if this stemmed from a trauma or not, but snakes, lizards, and even amphibious salamanders make him upset.
❣ ⋆ ✗ ◎
❣ - An unpopular opinion I have
Just in general? Uh... Pepsi is better than Coke?
⋆ - A ship I have with my character
I ship Zhuo a few ways, but the ones at the top of my list are with Lu Kang, Sun Lai, Sun Paoyu (wow this can only end in tragedy), and Lady Hakuryuu.
✗ - A ship I can’t stand
In general, not a fan of EnMei, good looking as it is. xD Also no thank you ZihuanxZilong and YifengxBoyan.
◎ - Relationship status
My seven year anniversary is coming up in April, so taken~

{ I’d love to but then I have to leave for school in an hour ; v ; }
{ That's be wonderful! I'm thrilled you even offered, so don't worry! What did you have in mind?
Justice, Resolution, Home
[Aaaa, thank you~!!]
Justice
Boyan has a very strong moral and ethical code, and this can sometimes come off as being self-righteous. If his opinion is asked for on an issue that he deems important (or even if he just catches wind of it and feels that it mustbe addressed), he will very rarely yield until the matter is resolved to his satisfaction or a middle ground has been met. His eyes are constantly on the future, and he believes that the future lies in a solid government and content people. Without one of these, the other is sure to crumble, and he will do all he can within his power to keep corruption at bay and everything working in an orderly manner.
Resolution
Though he generally feels a need for resolutions to any matter he deals with, Lu Xun understands the need to let things go in certain instances. Once he has moved on from a problem, he tends to not look back on it.
Home
[So many avenues to take with this one. I’ll be updating this headcanon after I’ve had a little bit of rest.]
Though often away, sometimes entirely of his own volition, he prefers staying in the comfort of home with his family and his books. Despite being from a prominent family and having expensive antiques within his home, Boyan’s personal quarters (bedroom, study) are decorated in a minimalist fashion. The only thing he has an excess of are texts, though he keeps a tidy house and tries to refrain from letting his shelves become too crowded.
