When I don't fancy cooking anything goes. Had some brown rice left over from yesterday and I thought I'd make a lil stirfry summim summin but you know how brown rice can sometimes be like eating sand. So I seasoned it up whilst stir frying it (added butternut squash, onion, green beans and spices), then chucked in some sundried tomatoes and then this is the part where my mum would give me serious side eye and say I got it from my dad. I chucked in half a tin of Heinz five beans made it into a baked bean stir fry. Taste delicious thanks pups 😆. Made some spiced plantain fritters to go with it. Added a lil cucumber and carrot and then stuck a pickled scotch bonnet on mine.
