The spicy buffalo sauce, tangy blue cheese, and tasty chicken in these Baked Buffalo Chicken Rolls go so well together. They are rolled up and baked to perfection. They're great as an appetizer or as a main dish for any event.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1/2 cup buffalo sauce. 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese. 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1/4 cup chopped green onions.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound to an even thickness. Season each chicken breast with salt and pepper. Brush buffalo sauce onto one side of each chicken breast. Sprinkle blue cheese, mozzarella cheese, and green onions over the buffalo sauce. Roll up each chicken breast tightly and secure with toothpicks. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken rolls. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Remove toothpicks before serving.
