This Sheet Pan Cheesy Baked Egg Toast is a delightful and easy breakfast or brunch dish that the whole family will love. It's a perfect combination of crispy toast, creamy eggs, and melted cheese.
Ingredients: 4 slices of bread. 4 large eggs. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup milk. 2 tablespoons melted butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. Using a round cookie cutter or a glass, cut a hole in the center of each slice of bread. Place the bread slices on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Brush melted butter over both sides of the bread slices. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour the egg mixture evenly into the holes in the bread slices. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the eggs. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the egg is set and the bread is toasted. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
