baking diary 2/8 - 70 baby adey brownies

stella parks brownies on a sheet pan with cosmic brownie frosting

learned a new way to frost and probably got my favorite flavored frosting out of it - frosting hot basically melds the brownie to the frosting and the frosting hardens immediately which is a pro for individually packaging them.

baked goods on a sheet pan will be one of my favorite tricks forever for batches and texture was not bad at all! definitely should not have halved it because one half became crackers but thats okay!

cutting for sharp edges which k noticed and made me love him more, stickering and labeling which made them SO CUTE!!!!! and it was a hit, i didn't take home a million of them, i'm pleased.

The banana bread! Love that it had yogurt as an homage to my absolute favorite recipe that includes sour cream. pretty involved process as far as the mixing and had to half it because it made a full cake pan.

not too sweet, cinnamonny, don't love the giant slice of banana on the top texturally but do love the look of it so that poses a conundrum. would make again!
