I made that mug cookie thing I reblogged a bit ago (forgot to put the brown sugar in tho) and even though this is more of a mug cake than cookie it's not the worst thing ever. Might look for versions that don't require an egg tho since normal cookies usually only need 1 or 2 eggs and you'll get like, a dozen of those
