A skill day comes in, and Sigrid decides to finish off that last baking skill by making a cake.

Candy: So you are telling me, you spent your whole day making all of this? First time and its this delicious? I hate you.

Sigrid: I don’t know why it came out so good! I did follow all the directions carefully however.

Johnny: Listen, I’m impressed. Can I take some of this home?

Sigrid: [laughing] Take as much as you like, this is quite a bit!

Sigrid spent her New Skill day discovering the baking skill.

Debra's baking skill is increasing, and she's decorated these freshly baked cookies!

It's a constant battle keeping enough food in the fridge for these kids but she loves it.

I’ve seen a lot of simmers fail terribly at running a bakery. My sims are making money hand over fist. Here are some hints.

1. The cupcake factory is your friend. Cupcakes sales rule.

2. Never hit the restock button. Always bake your own. Restocking is expensive!

3. Bake while the shop is closed, so when it is open you can focus on sales.

4. Have 2 or 3 sims run the bakery. One sim cannot keep up with customer’s questions.

5. Do not hire help. Employees cut into profits. If you need more help, invite other sims to live with you. See number 4.

6. Having a high cooking skill helps you make better cupcakes that sell for more money.
