Dearest family, It is a well-known fact that the top shelf of our pantry is home to my baking supplies. It is dominated by flour, sugar, yeast, and other such items. You should also know by now that if I stick something up there, it is for something I am going to bake. Officially my worst #baking night-day ever. My ganache wouldnt harden (no matter how much chocolate i added). My red velvet cake didnt rise and my cupcakes were dry & lopsided.
