𝐵𝑎𝑘𝑢𝑔𝑜'𝑠 𝑅𝑒𝑞𝑢𝑒𝑠𝑡: 𝑆ℎ𝑒'𝑠 𝑀𝑦 𝑊𝑖𝑓𝑒, 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑌𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑀𝑜𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑟.
Thank you so much! It’s my first request, so I’m kinda excited haha. I hope it’s exactly what you wanted, feel free to ask for more anytime!
Kaito’s teenage years came fast, and no one was ready for the mess they brought. You looked at him with a mix of worry and sadness, wondering when the sweet boy who used to come to you for everything had turned into a teenager who barely looked at you.
That afternoon, you were pacing around the living room, turning the words over in your head. You had no idea how to bring up what you had found that morning in his room.
When you heard the front door open, your heart skipped a beat. You heard Kaito’s footsteps, and before he could disappear down the hallway, you broke the silence:
“Can you come here for a second, please?”
Kaito let out a long sigh, the one he’d been using lately like armor.
“What do you want now?”
That morning, while cleaning his room —with nothing but the intention of tidying up a bit— what you found under his bed froze you to the core: an almost empty pack of cigarettes, a half-finished bottle of alcohol, several failed exams… and other things you’d rather not name. You shut the box abruptly, hands trembling and your throat dry.
Kaito’s eyes fell on the box the moment he walked in. He didn’t say a word, but he knew exactly what it was. He took a deep breath, and then said:
"Did you seriously go through my stuff?"
“I swear I didn’t mean to invade your space,” you said, trying to find words that wouldn’t set him off. “It’s not about spying on you, Kaito. It’s just… there are things that worry me. That’s all.”
His eyes locked on yours, full of restrained anger.
"Just stay outta my life, okay? I'm not a little kid anymore!"
“I just want you to listen. Just for a moment.”
He got so close his breath brushed your face. And then it started. With every word, a shove. One after another, like he didn’t know how else to get his point across.
“You don’t get it!” Shove.
“You’ll never get what it’s like—carrying his name, his shadow, every damn day!” Shove.
“I didn’t ask for this!” Shove.
“I don’t need you watching my every move like I’m gonna explode or screw everything up!” Shove.
“Just stay out of my room, and out of my life!” Shove.
Bakugo slammed the door open with almost violent force, like some instinct had pushed him to come in without warning. His sharp, alert gaze swept the room, looking for any sign of danger—but what froze him in place was the sight of Kaito’s finger digging into Y/n’s shoulder, shoving her with a rage that couldn’t be ignored.
Bakugo’s expression darkened, and with a low growl, he stepped forward without hesitation. “Kaito, that’s enough!” His voice echoed through the room, firm and commanding, the kind of order you don’t argue with. He closed the distance fast and placed a strong hand on Kaito’s shoulder, stopping him in his tracks. “You don’t treat your mother like that. You hear me?”
Kaito didn’t back down, but his jaw clenched.
“Of course… just what I needed. Now you,” he muttered with scorn, trying to shake him off. He didn’t succeed.
Bakugo lowered his head slightly, face to face with him.
“Don’t. Move,” he said through gritted teeth. “And I’m not done with you. Not after what you just did.”
“I wasn’t going to hurt her,” Kaito muttered, like he needed to convince himself more than anyone else. “I was just… angry.”
Bakugo didn’t let go. His voice dropped low, tense like a threat:
"Listen to me, Kaito: no one, no one lays a hand on my wife! Not even a finger! I don’t care how angry you are, you don’t push your mother, you don’t raise your voice at her, and you sure as hell don’t look at her like that. Got it?"
Kaito closed his eyes. One second. He took a deep breath, like he was trying to swallow his own rage.
“I get it,” he said quietly.
Bakugo didn’t shout this time. He leaned in just slightly, his eyes locked on Kaito’s, voice low but solid as steel.
“No, you don’t. If you got it, we wouldn’t be having this conversation.”
He paused, letting the weight of his words settle between them.
“You’re angry? Fine. You think life’s unfair? Fine. But that doesn’t give you the right to hurt the people who love you. You don’t lash out at your mother. Ever. You hear me?”
His voice softened just enough, but the edge never left.
“You wanna be a man? Then start acting like one. Own your anger. Control it. Don’t let it control you.”
Kaito lowered his gaze, jaw tight.
“…Okay.”
Bakugo’s eyes narrowed as he stared Kaito down. In a low, dangerous tone he leaned in and snapped,
“I didn’t hear you. Louder.”
Before the tension could snap any tighter, you stepped forward and gently pressed your hand against Bakugo’s arm. Your voice was soft but firm:
“That’s enough. It’s okay, love.”
Bakugo clenched his jaw, but listened. He let go of his son’s shoulder, though his voice remained firm:
“Apologize to your mother. Now.”
Kaito blinked, his expression shifting in an instant, as if a bucket of cold water had just hit him.
“I… I’m really sorry, Mom,” he said, his voice cracking slightly. “I didn’t mean… I don’t know what I was thinking. I messed up. I’m so sorry.”
“I forgive you, Kaito,” you said gently, your voice steady despite the tightness in your chest. “I’m not angry. Just… scared. I need you to understand that you’re not alone, that I’m here to—”
“I know,” he cut in, barely above a whisper, eyes still avoiding yours. “Can I just… go to my room now, please?”
You nodded, though there was a sadness you couldn’t quite hide in your voice.
Bakugo was more direct:
“Yeah, go. But don’t forget what we said.”
Once Kaito left, the silence that filled the room was so thick it was hard to breathe. You stood still. Shaken.
And then, without saying a word, Bakugo wrapped you in his arms. Tight. Like he could hold everything together just by holding you. His warmth, the solid feel of his body, the steadiness in his breathing that was all that kept you grounded.
“It’s okay,” he murmured into your hair. “Kaito’s not a bad kid. He’s just lost. We’re gonna help him. You’re not alone in this. I swear.”
And in that embrace, everything broke. The tears started falling, one after another. Because even though the road ahead was long and hard, in that moment, one thing was crystal clear:
Even if the world fell apart, Bakugo was going to be there.
Holding you.

ever since i heard that nitroglycerin can lower your heart rate and in theory if bakugou was not angry all the time he could die and it makes me sad. can you do something with bakugou where his s/o is sleeping next to him and every so often places her ear to his chest to make sure that his heart rate isn’t too low? pls and thank you
ahhh i love writing this. thank you so much for the request! i hope you love it!
High nitroglycerin levels can lower the heart rate, which can cause death.
You looked up everything there was to know about your boyfriend Bakugou’s quirk. From the strengths to the weaknesses. You knew every aspect of it, so you could be a better girlfriend. You knew he was an angry young man, and that helped keep his heart rate up, so you were okay with it. You would always scold him if he got too out of line, but knowing that his anger is what saved his life on a daily basis, you tried not to do it often.
Bakugou had been the love of your life for a while now and you were terrified of him dying. Whether it be on the job or because of his own quirk. The idea of living in a world without him made your heart shatter.
You were currently laying in bed cuddled up next to his chest. He had just gotten home from a long day on the job and all he wanted to do was cuddle in bed and take a nap, so that’s exactly what he did.
You watched him sleep for what felt like hours, but was only 20 minutes. You watched the rise and fall of his chest, trying to calm your breathing so you could listen for any signs of distress. For a second you thought he had stopped breathing, so you gently put your head on his chest closing your eyes to try and listen for his heartbeat.
Thump. Thump. Thump.
You let out a soft sigh as you heard the beating of his heart. It calmed you down in an instant, thankful that it was a false alarm. You kept your head on his chest as his arm wrapped around your body holding you in place as he let out a soft snore.
“I love you.” You whispered as you pressed a kiss to his chest.
“I love you.” He whispered back, pressing a kiss to your forehead as he fell right back to sleep, holding you close to his body.
Can you do head canons and mini scenarios for Bakugo and Dabi (separately) with their pregnant s/o who is having terrible mood swimgs and yells at them one minute and then is crying for their forgiveness the next (they’re never really mad but she can’t help but feel bad) but they think her cursing and raising h*ll is cute af when she’s mad about the smallest of things like there being no ice cream in the house?
Hi! Of course! I hope you enjoy these and were what you were looking for! XoXo, ♥
Pairing: Dabi x Reader, Bakugo x Reader
Warning: None really, just cursing about ice cream
Bakugo
The first time you do it, he thinks you're really mad at him. LOL!
"Why the hELL IS THERE NO ICE CREAM!? WE SHOULD ALWAYS HAVE IT!"
“I-I DON'T KNOW!"
Cue you starting to cry like a baby and scaring the absolute hell out of him.
He honestly doesn't know how to deal with you and the hormones.
Likes hearing you cuss and find it adorable/kinda funny. (He won't tell you that though!)
"B-Bakugo! I'm so sorry!" You're a blubbering mess.
He's never mad though really, just surprised.
"Hey! No crying. Cut that out!"
Knows you can't help it, but is trying to make you at least smile.
Will get you whatever you want if you just ask.
He will try to get you to cuss sometimes on purpose because cuss words have never been so adorable to him before!
Dabi
The first time you scream at him, you scare the crap out of him.
"DABI, WHERE'S MY CANDY!?"
"Now doll, that's just uncalled for...I thought the baby was coming..."
He's teasing after you nearly gave him a heart attack.
But he seriously thought you were hollering at him for something he did too.
Then you start crying and he is totally stumped.
"Why the tears...?"
Seriously didn't think it was a big deal and is trying not to laugh at you feeling bad for yelling at him.
"I-I'm s-sorry!"
Dabi is colored amused and intrigued. And he also hates it when you cry for any reason. He cares and he would burn anyone for you if they make you cry.
Probably smiles and shrugs off your apology while rubbing your back.
Expect to find a few packs of your favorite candy on the table the next day and a teasing note that says: Here you go. You’re so cute and sexy when you’re all fired up, doll. (Or whatever else you hollered about, he’s a closet giant sweetheart ♥)
Can you write headcanons for Dabi and Bakugo who have breeding kinks and they find out their s/o is pregnant? Bonus points for multiples!
Love Bug, I hope you know what you’re getting into when you have these two have breeding kinks. xD Js, js. Oh boy, here we go.~ Xoxo, ♥♥♥ I hope you enjoy!
Pairing: Breeding Kink!Bakugo x Reader, Breeding Kink!Dabi x Reader

Bakugo
Bakugo with a breeding kink is pretty dangerous. Like literally, it’s the BOOM PREGNANT! meme.
I can see him keeping you naked and ready for him for days in a row once you finally agree to it. (Trust me, he makes sure you want it and he’s going to give it to you.)
And it makes him cocky as fuck.
“You’ve been thinking about me cumming in you/breeding your tight pussy and knocking you up for a while, huh babe?”
“There’s no way you’re not ending up pregnant when you take my load like that.”
He will stuff you absolutely full multiple times a day.
Like I hope you’re ready for a new wardrobe of panties because your old ones will be ruined and so stained.
He pays very close attention to you.
He knows you’re pregnant as soon as you do, he just doesn’t know how many.
Bakugo will end up getting you pregnant with twins~
And that breeding kink gets worse once you’re pregnant for him.
A lot worse.
He’s obsessed and absolutely in love with you.
“Fuck, look at you. You’re so fucking hot. Look at what I did to you, babe.”
Dabi
Dabi is a bit more hesitant to let you know he has a breeding kink.
But once you convince him to act on it with you, your ass better look out!
Whereas Bakugo’s a bit more patient, Dabi isn’t.
He’s going to take you when he wants and wherever the hell he wants.
Hard against the wall in an alley? So hard to the point you break your bed? Where someone might catch you?
Ha! He doesn’t care one bit.
He has one mission in his mind when he’s like that and you’ve unleashed that beast.
Trying to wash dishes when he wants it? Nope. He’ll have you pressed into that counter so hard you have bruises on your hips from him rutting you against it. And he will laugh if he causes you to break a dish.
“Aw, doll. You can never focus when I’m fucking you this good, can you?”
You consented when you convinced him to breed you. Don’t act like you don’t want it now.
(I believe Dabi is Toya, but if that’s not your thing...) His loads are made for breeding and a lot like Bakugo you will be stuffed multiple times daily and even while you’re asleep. Sorry not sorry.
He’s a bit less attentive than Bakugo, but once he finds out you’re pregnant...
Pay attention to his eyes.
He’ll seem like he’s indifferent, but they’re going to glitter and glint just a bit more than usual.
And Dabi, because of the Todoroki genes or not, I’d like to think you’ll range in pregnancy with twins to quads.
And a lot like Bakugo, his kink is going to get worse once you’re pregnant too.
Like he will not realize he had such a huge pregnancy kink until you’re pregnant by him kind of thing.
Albeit, he’s a bit more gentle than the process that actually got you pregnant. ;)
“Well, aren’t you even more beautiful so hugely pregnant, baby doll?”
Could I request Bakugo with prompt 17 and 19 please? (Your writing is so good!!! UwU)

A/N: So this took me a while to figure out the direction I want to go. And it ended up dark, lmao Also, I changed it up to be gender-neutral! I might end up adding to this later!
Prompts: 17 - "She's back. I saw her last night, but she wouldn't talk to me and it looked like she had a black eye." 19 - "What're you so afraid of?" B: "You."
It'd been a strange year. Lots of odd villain attacks. Lots of missing people. Lots of coincidences. Lots of just - weird. One could feel as it oozed through the streets. It clung to the air like morning dew.
Everyone lived in this strange fog. But none more than Katsuki Bakugo, aka pro hero Ground Zero. He'd been personally afflicted by the weirdness. His entire world turned on its head. He'd just been going through the motions since it happened. Since he started living in the miasma.
Katsuki's mornings were routine. His days were lived in a blur. Friday nights out became nothing more than a tedious chore. He had things to do. Alleys to crawl through. Leads to follow.
He wanted out of this fog. He wanted his world righted. He wanted to be able to breathe again. To see the world as he had. To feel the fire that once burned in his belly. Everything was little more than steam now.
Because they were gone. Taken. Kidnapped. Whisked right out from under his sleeping fingers. Leaving him to wake to an empty bed. And a call about a new string of kidnappings. No one was ever found.
And nobody ever came back.
At first, Katsuki's fire raged in a frantic, wild blaze. No one was able to tame it. He tracked down every lead he could. He burned up every hideout he found. He interrogated every villain brought in within the tri-city area. Nothing.
They were just steam through his fingers.
Once the desperation fizzled, all that was left was smoke. A dazed look in his eye. He still sat in every interrogation but didn't scream and yell anymore. In fact, most of the time, their words bounced right off him. He'd work late hours. Bags dark and heavy under his eyes.
But Katsuki's still destroyed training gyms. When it all would build up. And he found himself imagining the face of the person who took the love of his life from him. When he really focused. When he struck that match. Everything would come out. One large blast.
But these outbursts were becoming fewer and farther between. And Katsuki was more smoke now than fire. He was giving up hope. Which he'd never done. But he was little more than a shell these days.
Even now, as Katsuki lay with his cheek pressed against the table. His friends, old classmates, talking around him. He didn't say a word. Just watching the sweat run down the side of his full glass. He hadn't touched it. It wouldn't fill him up any, so why bother?
"Katsuki, man," Kirishima started slowly. Bakugo grunted. Not even lifting his head. "We need to talk."
"I'm not going to therapy," Katsuki retorted.
Kirishima set his cup down, staring at the back of his friend's head. His stomach was in absolute knots. He couldn't believe he was about to say these words. "No - it's about [Name]."
Katsuki immediately jerked up. He stood, glowering down at his friend. "Don't you say their name to me -!"
Katsuki's eyes were wide and wild. "Don't you fuck with me!"
"I saw them last night, but they wouldn't talk to me and it looked like they had a black eye." Kirishima stood too, looking his friend levelly in the eyes.
"You're fucking with me, aren't you?" Katsuki's voice shook furiously. "Nobody ever comes back!"
"[Name] did, I swear," insisted the redhead.
Katsuki could see it in his eyes. The sincerity. He collapsed back into his chair. Processing it all. Trying to make sense of those words. "[Name] is...back...but why didn't they come home? Why didn't they try to find me? - Where did you see them?"
"There's a little spot, a few streets over." Kirishima jerked his thumb behind him. "They were wandering around. Muttering."
Katsuki knew where he meant, without even asking for details. "It's just a stump now. There used to be a tree."
Kirishima nodded. "How'd you -"
Bakugo sprinted out the door. Running blindly into the night. He was full blast. Like someone lit gasoline under him. He was filled with more life than he'd been in months. He could feel his adrenaline racing. His heart pounding. The fog was clearing.
He skidded to a stop as he spied the stump. It was whithered now. Like all its life had been sucked out by the same miasma his had been. It was dull and gray and mossy, no longer brown. But that didn't matter. Kirishima said this was the spot.
Katsuki knew why [Name] would be here. It was where a chance meeting changed their lives. If [Name] was lost, or had amnesia - this had to be the outstanding memory. It made his heart soar, knowing they still remembered. There really was a chance to get them back.
Katsuki peered around. Looking for anything moving in the shadows. But the darkness was still and quiet. Just tumbling soda cups and the fluttering of plastic bags. He perched on the stump. He'd wait all night if he had to.
And he did.
Bakugo felt the eyes before he saw the person. It was the wee dawning hours now. His skin was chilled and slick with dew. He'd basically been a statue. He wished he could freeze, stay here, and keep an eye out. He didn't want any other responsibilities.
Katsuki lifted up his head, rolling out his stiff neck. His eyes immediately stared into a very familiar, yet alien pair. They peered anxiously at him from an alley across from him. They retreated as he shot up from his makeshift seat.
"[Name]," he said softly, taking a step forward. That name was water on his dry tongue. Then he shouted, "[NAME]?!"
Footsteps retreated quickly into the alley. He followed them. Turn after turn. Catching glimpses of a familiar bruised face and slick, dirty hair. Eventually, they escaped him.
But this didn't stop Katsuki. Everyone around him could see it. The change. Ground Zero had his fire back. His head finally clear. He went back, night after night for a week. Chasing the long lost love of his life. Even if they fled from him.
Finally, the night came when things would change. When the veil would sink back over his life. When the footsteps slipped in the muddy alley. Sending their owner crashing to the ground. Fearful eyes stared up as he slowly approached. Big and teary.
Katsuki smiled gently. "Are you okay?"
But no response came. [Name] scrambled backward across the ground. Their eyes never leaving his. This perplexed Katsuki. He'd have thought [Name] would have been ecstatic. Running into his arms where they were finally safe.
"What're you so afraid of?" he asked, swallowing thickly.
These words seemed to catch [Name] off guard. They only uttered out one word. "You."
"Me?" he grunted in surprise, then kneeled down. "I've spent a year trying to find you. You're safe now. - [Name]. What did they do to you?"
Katsuki reached out his hand. [Name] looked like they wanted to take it, even extending their own. But immediately retreating as they realized their movements. Big tears rolled down [Name]'s bruised cheeks. "Y-You, you don't understand, Katsuki. You don't understand."
How he longed to hear that voice say his name. But he hadn't anticipated that sheer terror. The tremble as it spoke to him. It made him crumple up inside.
"Then help me to. - Let me help you, dumpling." Dumpling. The stupid nickname he'd picked out. All over one little incident that he never let them live down. The one that always made [Name]'s cheeks tint pink. A smile forming on their face.
"Don't call me that!" [Name] shrieked. They cowered, covering their ears while squeezing their eyes shut.
Katsuki felt what was left of his heart shrivel. "I'm not going to hurt you."
"That's what they always made you say, right before you did." The shake in [Name]'s voice was undeniable daggers through his heart.
Katsuki took [Name] to the police station. He sat numbly, staring through the two-way mirror. Meanwhile, they were cleaned, clothed, and fed before the interrogation began. The questions didn't start right away. They had to do this softly, subtly. There were a few decoy questions before they started getting into it for real.
"What was the last thing you remember before your abduction?" asked the detective.
[Name] took a sip of their cup. "I was in bed...with Katsuki. I woke up...because I was cold. I went into the hallway. I was going to get another blanket when there was a bright light. Then darkness. When I woke up, I was alone. But I wasn't... wasn't at home…"
"Hey, it's okay." The detective gave them a tissue. "What happened then?"
"Everything was dark for a long time. And then someone came to give me food. This happened for a while. But no matter how much I ate, I was always hungry." [Name] took another long drink. "After that, I was blindfolded and taken to another room. There were others there."
"Do you know who they were?"
[Name] nodded, new tears flowing. "I remember that I knew some of them had been on TV. That...That Katsuki was helping to look for them. Th-There was so much screaming. And I didn't know why. Until...Until I started screaming."
[Name] was sobbing uncontrollably now. Whatever they were remembering was painful. Katsuki gripped the arms of the chair. It took everything in him not to go and try to comfort them. But something happened - he wasn't their protector anymore. And he wanted to know what he did.
"'You'll never trust anyone again,' I thought he was lying," [Name] wailed. "'Heroes will be your enemies. And you'll be the start of the terror virus that takes them down.' That was the only thing they ever said to me!"
"Hey, hey, easy. They can't hurt you anymore," hushed the detective.
"Yes they can...but they won't. Because they've already broken me. - They let me out first because I love Katsuki. Everyone else was civilians. They wanted people to see me scared of him. Even if I am, I won't do that to him."
The detective exchanged looks with his fellows around him. "[Name] can you tell me what they did to you? Why are you afraid of Ground Zero?"
Glossy, tearful eyes stared down the detective. Like they were drilling into his soul. "Because - someone there has a quirk to sink you into the deepest, darkest parts of your mind. They put you through your own personal hell! Do you know how many times I had to watch him kill me?! How many times he told me I'd be okay, and then he'd burn me?! Or all the times he called me 'Dumpling,' right before he drowned me?! Or sacrificed me. Or blew a hole in me?! Or...or...or..!"
[Name] broke down into loud sobs again. But Katsuki had heard enough. He stormed out of the barracks. Shouting to himself and he paced around out front. How could he have let this happen? How had they escaped him for so long?
He thought of every lead, wondering what he could have done different. How he could have saved them. How he could have spared them the torture. He mauled this over for a bit as paced.
"I should have found them sooner!" Bakugo finally shouted sometime later and shot a large blaze into the sky. “This is all my fault! - Idiot!”
“Ground Zero!” called a voice.
Katsuki sent a sharp glare at the officer on the stairs. “What?!”
“The interrogation is over," she said softly. "The detective wants to talk to you.”
Katsuki was silent as he followed the policewoman inside. He was sat in a separate interrogation room. But he didn’t wait long for the detective to come in. The detective's face was grave as he sat across from the hero.
“Ground Zero,” the detective sighed. “I’m sorry. [Name] has suffered serious mental and emotional trauma -”
“I know,” Bakugo gritted through his teeth. “I was watching.”
The detective nodded. “Then you know it’s best if, for now, you’re not around them.”
“Yeah. - I’ll put them up in a hotel or something. I’ll do anything to make them comfortable. Just make damn sure there’s always someone watching them. I don’t want them suffering anymore.” Katsuki leaned forward, and put his head in his hands. “I should’ve found [Name] sooner. They wouldn’t be like this.”
“You did everything you could -”
Katsuki bolted up, slamming his hands on the table. “But it wasn’t good enough, was it?! I couldn’t save [Name]! No matter what I did, I was always one step behind! - Damn it! I’m worthless as a hero if I couldn’t even save the person who matters most! What kind of hero am I?”
Bakugo fell back into his chair. He felt like he was going to pull his hair out. For once, he didn’t know what to do. How could you be the hero for someone who was terrified of you? Someone who used to trust you completely.
“Exc-Excuse me.” [Name] crept into the room.
“[Name],” Katsuki breathed.
The two stared each other down. The push and pull in [Name] was visible. Bakugo stood slowly, going to stand a few feet in front of them. [Name] shakily reached out for him. They tried pulling one of Katsuki’s hands into their own, but ultimately recoiled at the touch. This made the man tear up, only for them to overflow. These were the tears he hadn’t cried in the beginning. When he still had hope.
“I’m sorry I couldn’t save you.” That was all he could get out. “I tried. But I wasn’t good enough.”
“Kat-Katsuki - you tried.” [Name] smiled sadly. “That’s what matters. Right?”
Bakugo shook his head. “You can't even hold my hand. I can’t protect you -”
“I want to come home,” [Name] uttered. Their voice was barely more than a whisper.
Katsuki pressed his lips into a hard line. He could see the struggle in his lover’s eyes. The pain, the fear, the hesitation. “You don’t have to do that.”
“I want to. I want to go home. That’s all I’ve wanted all year.” [Name] swallowed thickly. “I don’t want them to control me.”
Bakugo hesitated. [Name] wasn’t looking at him. But the face of determination he’d seen a thousand times was trying to break through the terror. Like that moment just before you step into a haunted house. He wanted nothing more than for [Name] to come home. But would that really help them? Would he be able to protect them if something happened? Could he really say he was fine with letting them live in terror?
“I don’t want you doing too much, too fast,” Bakugo finally said. “We can ease you back in, anything -”
“I - I don’t want this,” [Name] muttered, more tears flowed. “I don’t want to be scared of you. - It’s not fair. Let me come home.”
Katsuki bit the inside of his cheek and then sighed. “Anything you want, Du - [Name].”
[Name] didn’t smile, although they did press their lips together. It felt like a little weight had been taken off Katsuki’s shoulders. He could still fix this. Even if it was going to take a while.
“Before you go anywhere,” the detective started. “I’m afraid there’s a few things you’ll need to do.”
[Name] underwent a psychological evaluation. And then a physical. Then there was a week spent under medical observation. Katsuki came to visit when he could. Always making sure [Name] knew he was there, supporting them along the way. The psychologist said this was a good start. Helping to undo all the negative images that [Name] had been shown of him. It helped to separate fiction and reality.
At the end of the week, [Name] was able to hold his hand. Their hand was still trembling in his. But it was a start.
Two weeks after, [Name] set foot in the apartment for the first time since their abduction. Katsuki had made sure to scrub every corner. Made sure every little thing was organized. He pulled everything out of theirs that he’d hid away. He even lit their favorite candle.
“I hope this is how you remember it,” Bakugo said, opening the door. “I had to get new curtains. I set our old ones on fire. I hope you like them.”
[Name] gave a small smile. The first since coming back. “That’s just like you.”
"I'll stay on the couch." Katsuki nodded to the living room. "You take my - your - our bed."
[Name] walked around the small apartment. They made small comments on things he'd changed. All the time keeping distance between him and themselves. Their eyes nervously darted around and kept closely on him. Like they were anticipating a sneak attack.
But what else would Bakugo expect?
For a week, they moved awkwardly around each other. [Name] flinching at the slightest brush. If Katsuki moved too quickly. Even if he handed them something, they'd flinch. And [Name] would immediately plummet to the floor if he scared them by accident.
Everyone wanted to come over. To see [Name] with their own eyes. But Katsuki turned them away. What if it caused [Name] to regress? The only people allowed to visit were parents and siblings. And Katsuki watched as [Name] grew a little more themselves during the visits.
A week later, the strangest thing happened. Around midnight, as Katsuki lay staring at the living room ceiling, he heard footsteps. And dragging. He was preparing for an intruder.
"Katsuki," [Name] said softly, unexpectedly.
He peered over the back of the couch. Surprised to find their form there. "[Name], you're still up."
They smiled softly. "Will you sleep in there with me tonight?"
Katsuki moved to sit up all the way. "Are you sure?"
[Name] nodded. Hesitantly, Katsuki followed them back to their once shared room. [Name] laid down first, then Katsuki. They were quiet for a while. On their separate sides of the bed. But then [Name] moved to lay their lay on his shoulder. He tensed up immediately.
"I never gave up hope, you know," they said. "I never gave up hoping you'd find me. I'm glad you never stopped looking."
"I wasn't going to lose," Katsuki grunted. "I lost anyway."
"I wish I could help the police more. But I can only tell them what I know. That I was blindfolded...and dumped on the outskirts of the city." [Name] paused. "I guess I'm lucky though. I found my way back. And I didn't lose my mind."
Katsuki folded his hands on his stomach, staring at the ceiling. "You don't have to talk about it."
"I just want you to know," [Name] started. "That in times where I was allowed to sleep. When my body gave out - I didn't dream of the hell you they showed me. I dreamt of the real you. Of all the sweet things you did, and how safe I knew your arms really were. You were such a lovely hell. There were times when I lost myself in it. They took everything I loved about you and twisted it up. Made it wrong. But, when I came out of it, I always remembered that tree. The other, real memories followed.
"I always asked myself, what would Katsuki do? And I knew you'd never let them sully my image. So I tried to not let them ruin yours. -- I just want to make this right. I want to make this feel right again. I want to be like this, without the overwhelming feeling that you're going to kill me. But I know I'm one of the lucky ones. Some of them, they went crazy. You could hear them, hitting their heads against the wall until -"
"I understand," Katsuki noted with a nod. He could hear the hysteria working up in their voice. [Name] sniffled. "You don't have to stay with me, if it hurts too much."
"It would hurt more to not be with you. To let them win. I don't want to be afraid of you...Suki. Even after everything they tried to get me to believe - I love you. I kept the real you in my mind, and I never let you go." [Name] paused. "You kept me sane in that hellhole."
There was a long stretch of silence between them. Only crickets, cars, and sirens to be heard. The tension still twisting around them. Threatening to smother any ounce of normality there was.
"What do we do now?" Katsuki asked, not really sure he wanted the answer.
"We, We work on this. I guess. I'll keep seeing the therapist. And, one day, I promise - I won't be afraid of you." There was a rising tone of determination in [Name] 's voice. "One day, I want to be able to be how we were. Where you were my safety net. Where you were my home. Where I knew with certainty that you weren't going to kill me when my back was turned. - I love you, still. And I don't want all those plans we had to change because of this."
"I love you, too. I won't let those bastards take you again. We'll find them. I promise." Gently, Katsuki leaned his head against [Name]'s. "No matter what. I'm going to keep you safe this time."
Hey! I’ve awoken and I’m back again to request so I hope you don’t mind! Can I request the prompt: “I don’t hate you; this is my ‘I like you’ attitude” with Bakugou from MHA please? -Smile
Hiii!!! Good to hear from you again, hope you’re doing well, Smile! Of course I don’t mind, are you kidding? Thank you so much! <3
(I found this gif so funny, I just had to use it XD)
I rolled my eyes when he pushed me a little. Everytime, every single time I opened my mouth he replied with something that made me feel self-conscious or just frustrated me.
“You’re so annoying, Y/N” Bakugo smirked, the gesture on his lips only widening at the sight of my exasperated expression.
“That’s it” I stopped walking, stopping the advance of the group altogether, and crossed my arms over my chest. “If I annoy you so much, why do you stick around?”
He seemed puzzled, as he looked from me to our friends. Ochako and Izuku exchanged an eloquent glance and then everyone burst out into giggles.
“What… Did I miss something?” I impatiently said, changing my weight from one leg to the other.
“I don’t hate you, this is my ‘I like you’ attitude” Bakugo simply replied, coolly shrugging one shoulder.
“Wh-?” No one seemed as surprised as I was. “You like me?!”
“We thought it was obvious” Ochako replied with a friendly smile.
“You’re always… talking back to him” Izuku timidly said, defending their outburst.
I locked eyes with Bakugo, who calmly held my glance. I was noticing it for the first time, but there definitely was a certain fondness to his expression.
“So… Whenever you say I’m annoying… You mean the opposite?” My arms fell to my sides in awe.
“Yup” To somewhat mock me, he smugly crossed his arms over his chest now.
“Oh…” I just replied, feeling my cheeks burning in embarrassment. “I-I liked it better when I thought you hated me”
“Don’t worry” The jerk put an arm over my shoulders and showed me the most gorgeous and charming smile I have ever seen. “If it helps, you can still think I hate you”

Hi guys!!! I just made this blog that takes Bakugou’s one-shot request!
I’m open to any request from my fellow Bakugou lovers (SFW of course) Also, here is a short sample I just wrote. I have to admit I blushed a little when I wrote it lol. Haven’t done it in so long
I’m open to any comment and suggestion!
It was just another peaceful day after school. Most of the students went back already, and it’s just you left in the classroom. The last class was boring, so you fell asleep and still kept this position until now.
“So boring…” You thought to yourself.
Going home and dealing with your nagging mother and thousands of chores is not what you’re most excited to do now.
Your mind wanders as an annoying blond head pops up in your thought, but you quickly wave it away dismissively.
Ever since you confessed to Bakugou, your relationship hasn’t been the same.
Sure you were just a new girl at school who fell for him in the first glance, hoping that he would look your way like any of those other hundreds of girls out there, but that doesn’t necessarily as desperate for his attention as the others. Yet for some reason, whenever you found yourself in the most troubles, he would show up, unintentionally or unwillingly saving you, and it made your heart skip.
So on that one destined day, you confessed to him. Ignoring all of the hurtful words and the blank expression on his face, you said that you love him for who he is.
He was surprised, but then left without giving you a response, leaving you there, confused as hell. Days past and you two haven’t met, and the truth that Bakugou was not interested in you slowly sank into your heart.
You couldn’t deny that it didn’t hurt.
It did.
But still, your feelings for him won’t change that easily. It might take some time, but you hope you’ll get over him… at some point.
As you are daydreaming about the past events between you and Bakugou, someone enters the room, and tap you on the head without you noticing.
“Hey!”
“Wha-What? Huh? Bakugou-kun? What are you doing here?”
To your surprise, it’s the guy you’re thinking about.
“Where I’m at is none of your problems. Can I not be here?” He sneered.
Yep, it is definitely the real Bakugou, and just annoyingly attractive as always.
“No no, I didn’t mean it like that. Are you not with Kirishima-kun today?” You look around for Kirishima, who seemingly is very close to Bakugou these days. So close to the point you’re a bit jealous of their relationship.
“Why do I have to be with that guy all the time? Are you stalking me?” He slams his hand on the table and stares at you dead in the eyes, making you jump a bit.
“It-It’s not that! It’s just you two seem really close these days, so I was just asking.” You answer, cheeks flushed as Bakugou draws close.
“Have you been avoiding me?”
“Huh-What? No!” Now that’s a weird question out of nowhere, and if it’s anything it’s Bakugou who has been avoiding you, but of course, you couldn’t say it out loud. Instead, you lock eyes with him, searching for an answer of your own.
The two of you stare at each other in silence for a while, his alluring red eyes stare straight into your soul, and you just got lost in them, frozen in place, not knowing when did his hand moves up to caress your cheek.
“Ba-Bakugou?” You stammer, somehow calling his first name, the name you’ve been dying to say out loud in such intimacy for so long.
He draws back a bit when you said his name, but as he looks straight at you once again, this time, there is no hesitation.
Quickly but surely, he slams his lips on top of yours, catching you off-guard, slipping his tongue inside of you.
You just sit there, in awe, eyes closed, taking in his forceful speed with an empty skull that spins around in a daze.
“What is happening?? Is this for real? Bakugou… he’s… he’s kissing me!” You screamed in silent with yourself, not too sure if this is still a dream or not.
But as one of his hand slide down my cheek and on top of your uniform, slowly unbuttoning your shirt, your conscience comes back.
With all the force left in your body, you push him away in shock while covering your swollen lips.
He seems shocked too, but his surprise is quickly replaced with a devilish smirk as he approaches you again, lifting your chin up with one finger, and said:
“Not bad. I guess I’ll consider you a worthy girlfriend for now.”
…what?
Your mind blanks out again, but Bakugou just presses on, “Come on now, should we continue where we left off?” As his hand trails on your buttons again.
“N-No, I think that’s enough for now.” “GOD what am I saying right now!?”
“Next time then.” He shrugs, patting your head, then gracefully spins around and grabs both of our backpacks, “Let’s go.”
With both backpacks on one hand, he holds yours in the other, leading you out of the classroom as you still process of what just happened.
Your mind is a mess, your lips are swollen from his passionate kisses, and your hand is wrapped by his warmth. You contemplate for a while, but looking at this broad shoulder, you decide to stop thinking all at once.
Right now, you just grasp his hand back tightly, and he flashes the cutest smile at you. You smile back, while silently squealing a little bit inside.
Being here, at this moment, with Bakugou, everything is perfect. Who cares why he acts this way, who cares if it might just be a fleeting dream in this crazy head of yours or not. The future is uncertain, but there is still plenty of time for you to find out with Bakugou beside you.

You were lying on the bed, back against the headboard, reading a book you’d later write an essay on. The room was quiet, lit only by the warm glow of the small desk lamp, and the atmosphere felt slow, almost drowsy. There was no sound but the turning of pages and your sighs every time you got lost in dense paragraphs.
You heard footsteps coming down the hallway, loud and heavy, followed by a voice you knew all too well, muttering angrily.
“Where the hell did I—? Tch! Fucking hell…”
You didn’t flinch at the key twisting desperately in the lock, nor at the slam that came right after, because you knew exactly who it was. Only one person had a copy of your room key, and subtle entrances were never their thing.
Bakugo came in as the door slammed open. He looked worn out—messy hair, wrinkled hoodie, and his backpack barely hanging on one shoulder.
He dropped everything by the door with a rough sigh and headed straight for you without saying a word. He just walked over, kicked off his shoes, climbed into bed with you, and, like it was muscle memory, let himself fall beside you, resting his head on your chest with all the weight of his tired body.
A few seconds passed in silence, where only your hand moved slowly through his hair, not rushing him. Until finally, he spoke.
“I’m surrounded by idiots.”
“Group project again?” you asked, keeping your voice low so you wouldn’t push him.
“Fucking morons,” he muttered against your shirt, voice deep and muffled by your body. “I’m doing all the damn work, and on top of that, they tell me I’ve got ‘hostile energy.’ Hostile, huh… what do they expect, a damn clown grin while I carry their lazy asses?”
You couldn’t help a tiny, almost invisible smile. Your fingers didn’t stop moving through his scalp for even a second.
“What’d you do?” you asked gently.
“I ignored them. Because if I opened my mouth, I was gonna kill someone.”
“Nice progress.”
“Tch.”
“You’re so strong for putting up with them,” you said dramatically, pressing a kiss to the crown of his head.
“I know. I’m a damn victim of the system,” he grumbled theatrically.
There was a short, comfortable silence. His hands were loose at your side now, and his breathing started to fall in sync with yours.
“Stay as long as you need, Katsu,” you whispered.
“Mmhm…” he hummed, settling more comfortably against your chest. “You can keep reading… just don’t stop breathing, I wanna keep hearing that.”
“My heartbeat?”
“Yeah… sounds better than all the bullshit I heard today.”
And that’s how he stayed. Complaining a little more, but with each word, his voice got slower, softer… until he fell asleep, breathing to the rhythm of your heartbeat.
