Heyy, I wasn't sure of the meaning of your question, so... There's my brainstorming so you can get a global idea of my inspirations

OF COURSSSSSE!!

He is mostly like classic Papyrus, but Balance!Papyrus is having an actual training to enter the royal guard (thanks to Asgore, Undyne and Sans would have never let him even try) and he is... erm... very flexible (me french no sur if right word it's)

Oh, and yes, he wears sandals... Temmy told him it was cool..
