One of the best weight loss tips I came across today. It says: "Do not modify your diet to a totally radical one that you know will not fit in with your lifestyle. Make sure the diet you choose is one that you can follow and is healthy and well balanced. This does not mean limiting yourself of the foods you like, as everything in balance is perfectly acceptable... meaning that calorie dense foods such as cookies and chocolates, or cheese cake or butter laden mashed potatoes don't need to be avoided, but need to be consumed in much smaller quantities than foods that are low in calories such as veggies, lean meats, fresh fruit. In essence, to succeed in your weight loss endeavor, you must use judgement and take control over your diet to make healthy choices...
