Today's pose is called #camatkarasana 💕 this was my first time trying this pose (& I was trying to avoid falling in the mud while wearing light coloured pants) so it's probably not the best it could be but I am still very happy that I could do it (without falling) #yoga #newbie #yogaeverydamnday
