Day 21: Rosa Aphrodia (Space Warrior Baldios)

There's a two-parter in Baldios in which the grunts from both sides make common cause and capture Earth's last remaining stockpile of nukes and hold the world to ransom from inside a field that prevents the use of modern firearms, and the hero has to lead a team of criminals in a metal gear solid infiltration to deal with them, and the aliens send in a competing team of hyperspace ninjas.

Baldios is pretty good.
