Writing fan fiction but cannot picture Baldwin as the actors who portray him. Although they are both wonderful! That’s just not how I pictured him while reading the books. Who do you picture?

Woke up at 2am and turns out Episode 1 of season 3 was on!
New Baldwin is calmer and more softly spoken...because of that I find him more unsettling. Oh hes good.
Hes like every over entitled Boss I've ever had , the kind that talk down to you and make you terrified to speak.
Does anyone else think that some animosity between Baldwin and Matthew could stem from Eleanor? It’s mentioned that a causal touch from Baldwin and the possibility of Eleanor agreeing with Baldwin over Matthew is what set him off; resulting in her death. Maybe that is why Baldwin likes to break things when it comes to Matthew....Perhaps Baldwin was also in love with Eleanor.
