How come deserts on Tarkir give White mana, but deserts on Amonkhet give colourless mana? :c

Amonkhet deserts don't connect to white ley lines like they do on Tarkir.

Favorite Season: Autumn.  Comfortably cold, but not so cold that my joints won’t move.  Perfect weather for hot chocolate.  Favorite Book: Not sure.  Today, I’m going to say Rendezvous with Rama.  I read it while in National Service, and I remember being so engrossed in the mystery.    Favorite Flower: Proteas; just because I associate them with someone I was crushing on really hard. :P   Favorite Scent: Today I’m going to say the smell of a fresh, new book. (I haven’t read a book in a while though).  Freshly-baked bread is also a contender.   Favorite Color: Green; because I’m a simple guy and love big creatures.  It’s straightforward and stompy; pretty much the opposite of my actual personality. Favorite Animal: I’ve always thought crocodiles are super cool, though I think they are cool FROM A DISTANCE.  Coffee, tea, or hot chocolate: HOT CHOCOLATE, no competition. Sleep Hours: Later than I should.   Cat or dog person?: I can’t chooooseeee.  I like them both for different reasons.  Cats are so graceful and are a cornerstone of the internet. Dogs are much more overt with their affection and are so happy. Favorite Fictional Character: Really not sure.  Today I’ll say Katara from Avatar: the Last Airbender.   Number of blankets you sleep with: One; sometimes two in winter. Ideal trip: I think one where I grow in good ways as a person and not get robbed.  I’ve always wanted to go to the USA; shame it’s kind of a mess. What do you think is the reason why Blue is the least popular with beginners; yet Jace is the most popular planeswalker?

Feedback: I'm a little disappointed with Temmet and Hapatra. "Vizier" makes them sound like underlings, which conflicts with the "Ruler" fantasy that both these characters are based on. If it hadn't been pointed out to me, I don't think I would have made the connection to Tutankhamun and by extension, Cleopatra.

Vizier is meant to imply a position of authority.

Even though it makes no mechanical difference; I really wish that the Amonkhet gods had their god title in their name; IE: "Hazoret, god of zeal". I think that it just FEELS so much more epic; and makes them unmistakable at a glance from a regular legendary creature.

Gods all blend together if they all use the same naming convention. We wanted the Amonkhet Gods to sound different than the Theros Gods.
