🍀St. Patricks Balloon Arrangements☘️ * * * 🍀What you need: balloons, balloon weight, helium tank, ribbon and scissors. I got my #balloontime helium tank from Michaels, it was originally around $60, but, you can print a 40% coupon off their website and use it on one regular priced item. Michaela has coupons available all the time. The only thing thou is that you can use it only on one item. Everything else I got from the dollar store. ☘️How to: 🎈Inflate balloon with helium, be careful not to inflate too much or it'll pop. 🎈Use ribbon to tie balloons to the weight. 🎈Before tying the balloon to the weight check where you would like the balloon to stay in place. Once you know where you want the balloon to go, cut the ribbon according to the length you need and tie to the weight. Do this with each balloon. 🎈I only used 4 balloons, but, you can use more as balloon weights are pretty heavy.
