I was gifted that t-shirt. It was Chris’s and she often taught in it. I always like to have something of hers with me every time I teach...somehow it gives me that magical power she had when she was teaching. This song is actually called “The Power” - her choices of music were always so inspirational and gave you literally “the power” you needed to move your body the way she wanted.
