I think I'm gonna try and go the whole nine yards! I was doing the concept work for the cover and thought holy shit, I grew up on comics and stories promoting conservation and learning about biology, WHY DO I NOT KNOW OF ANY TODAY??? WAIT, WHY NOT *MAKE* ONE OUT OF THIS PROJECT? Between teeeechnically being an employee with Diamond Comics and knowing comics like I do...I don't know, maybe I could try and push for an in. I'm definitely going to try and talk to the Maryland Zoo about this idea later this summer and see where it goes! NOTHING VENTURED, NOTHING GAINED, I WILL GO ON THIS ADVENTURE AND HOPEFULLY SPREAD EDUCATION AND FIGHT IGNORANCE WITH ART AND STORIES ABOUT TALKING BABY RHINOS!

So jealous of you for having the raven skirt from Morrigan. You look fab in every thing.

I love the skirt sooo much! It has a lot of sentimental value to me because my name is also Raven, heh. I actually had this skirt turned into an apron by a seamstress. I wear a black bustle underskirt so it fills it out and looks a lot more elegant in person. Best alteration I ever paid for! ;)
