We took advantage of #baltimorerestaurantweek and dined someplace new to us: Valentino’s, a 24-hour diner with lots of pasta offerings. I went for the 14-ounce prime rib, which came with mashed potatoes loaded with garlic and cheese. @plantageneteater had the pasta with shrimp in a creamy sauce.
