you can’t help anyone if you can’t take care of yourself first. It would be a good gesture to try and help them, but if you aren’t in a very good place yourself, you might not do as much good as you might hope >.> I dunno, just my thoughts….

I know, I agree with you, but still makes me feel bad. I'm kind of just hoping that things work out, or someone else approaches them, or something. I dunno.

As much as I am academically and technologically intrigued by the idea of true artificial intelligence, I think its a terrible idea and should never be actuated, at least if the human race wants to survive

I don't even actually have an issue with artificial intelligence in and of itself... But if there are going to be robots, they should BE robots. Not robots masquerading as people. Make a whole bunch of super smart AIs that look like Roombas. Or Furbys(Not really, that's scary) Or something. Just without human faces and such.
