Okay Krit is not even competition cause like "Sir she's married to her best friend" they have been married like for 3 years now and even longer together as a couple and even longer as friends. You can't beat that kind of love.

That being said, I do love me a contrast.

And I did enjoy the food scenes with both of them which shows clearly the type of love they offer.

Krit asks Fun what she wants, and she tells him he can choose but he doesn't but she finally DOES pick something to it, he disregards it cause it isn't what he had in mind. It's the fake appearance of choice but more than that it's the need to control, because "mother knows best" (yes I'm using a Tangled quote, sue me).

Whilst with Oon it's all the contrary, she is concerned about Fun cause she hasn't eaten and she could hold herself down and be like "You gotta eat" but she doesn't. Fun tells her she doesn't want to eat and she just accepts that. But she doesn't move on either. She still plates everything just in case. Because she lets Fun choose when she's ready. She doesn't only let her choose but she brings variety. Because her love is being present, her love is unconditional support. It shifts, it adapts because it cares.

I really liked those scenes so much. They were so simple but spoke to me so much.

A small sidenote: I think we could also analyze Fun with her food scene vs Krit in regards to control. Because Fun's food choices are VERY different from Oon's but they're not suffocating like Krit's. They come from a place of thoughtfulness and care. Because yes, she didn't let Oon pick or she didn't go all out like Oon but she did choose things that would attend Oon's immediate needs while also a promise of a meal that Oon wants because she DOES listen. Unlike Krit, whom upon Fun saying no to the cake, still asked for it.
