Enjoy these delicious crepes with Nutella and bananas, which go together so well. You can eat them for breakfast, brunch, or even dessert.
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 2 large eggs. 1 1/2 cups milk. 2 tablespoons sugar. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pinch of salt. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. Nutella hazelnut spread. 2 ripe bananas, sliced. Powdered sugar optional, for dusting. Whipped cream optional, for garnish.
Instructions: Mix the flour, eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt together in a blender. Blend the batter until it is smooth and well mixed. Set a crepe pan or nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Spread some melted butter over the top to cover it. Put a small amount of the crepe batter into the pan and swirl it around to make it spread out evenly and thinly. In about two minutes, the crepe should start to lift at the edges and turn a light golden color on the inside. With a spatula, carefully flip the crepe over and cook for another one to two minutes on the other side, until it's golden brown and cooked all the way through. Do this again with the rest of the batter, making sure to add a little melted butter to the pan before each crepe. Huge amounts of Nutella hazelnut spread should be put on each crepe while they are still warm. Place sliced bananas on top of the Nutella-covered crepes. To make a triangle, fold the crepes in half and then in half again. If you want, you can sprinkle powdered sugar on top of the Nutella Banana Crepes. If you want, you can serve it right away with whipped cream. Have fun with your tasty Nutella Banana Crepes!
