On a whim, the family decided to take a drive to Bandar tonight for some quality time and to do a test drive of the new Sungai Kebun bridge. The view of the SOAS mosque across the bridge with the capital lit up tonight is an enjoyable sight indeed. Add to that the nostalgic tales of Brunei in the past from mum and dad made it a much more memorable cruise. It seems that the Golden Jubilee vibe is still going strong with the capital seemingly coming alive for the celebrations. All in all, one great night spent with the family.
