tsavorite: do they believe in destiny or fate?

“i do” she agrees with a slight nod of her head. she has a contemplating look on her pretty eyes as she continues her speech. “however, i do think that fate in its most classical way is unfair. why would our efforts be of any value? why would people have the most different personalities and choices if our every move makes no difference?” mimi asks as she doesn’t expect any answer. the fingers on her laps curl lazily around each other as she completes her thought. “i believe we come to earth with oh so many different fates. it may be our fate to meet someone, however, how this relationship will work depends on individual choices. fate bends and adapts to our decisions”

            "I've got you. You're going to be fine."

NO, SHE IS NOT FINE. six feels as if she’s barely able to breathe. each & every struggle to intake air racking bones of twenty-one, leaving the blonde at ends with herself—the organ that threatens to beat right out of its ivory cage & her brain working against her down to the very synapse that passes through—as if partnering up to drive her INSANE.

“LET GO OF ME—” she shakes, mind & body at war with the way she grips onto the older’s bicep for dear life, nails digging into tanned skin. for all purposes as an airbender, six actually feels as if she’s SUFFOCATING as if the gusts of air picking up in their surroundings were flowing anywhere but in her mouth. how IRONIC would it have been—for her to die like this, an airbender unable to breathe, unable to use her talent to save her own life. maybe this is god’s cruel joke. the nerve of it all.

“I CAN’T—BREATHE—” six manages out, little awareness tuned into the strengthening winds, the leaves flying picking up off the grounds—the signs of an upcoming windstorm soon to plague the lands. if anything her grip on him tightens, breaking skin & drawing blood as her body convulses & struggles to take in air that seemingly escapes her. maybe her body is acting up once again. maybe she’s MEANT to die. maybe it’s god finally doing what he should have done ages ago.
