Can you do a scenario with J-Hope where you are celebrating your birthday just the two of you ?
"Where are you taking me?" I asked, slightly annoyed.
Jung Hoseok, my boyfriend of one year was dragging me all around the city. He was super excited about something which made sense, since today was my birthday.
"You’ll see! Just wait!" He responded happily.
I huffed in exasperation. I wasn’t a huge fan of surprises, and he had made sure to give me a lot of them today. He arrived at my apartment with flowers, then took me out for lunch. After a enjoyable lunch, he whisked me away again. He took me to Namsan Tower, where we placed a lock on the terrace with the other “Locks of Love”. After completing the next task on his to do list, we were off to Gwangjang Market, where we spent at least two hours walking around. These were all sweet gestures, but I of course was a little annoyed at the amount of surprises I was receiving in one day. I just wanted to know something for once today before it happened! We arrived at his final place of surprise: BigHit’s building.
"Why are we here?" I asked, a little puzzled.
"Y/N, stop asking questions and trust me! Now follow me!" he stated, pulling me along.
We arrived at one of the vacant practice rooms. He dragged me inside and brought a chair to the middle of the room for me to sit in. I sat down, suspicious of him and whatever plan was formulating in his brain.
"I worked on this song really hard. I made it just for you. I hope you like it." he said before pressing play on the stereo set.
A steady beat arose from the speakers. It was a beat that chilled you to the bone, yet made you feel warm and fuzzy. Hoseok’s face became more serious as he became one with the tune. He began rapping passionately into a microphone, sending shivers down my spine. His demeanor was enticing, and his voice, despite him rapping hard and seriously, had a rich and velvety tone. He was truly mesmerizing. And even with him being as serious as he was, his usual cheerful personality was shining through. His hard stare never for a moment broke from my eyes. He was pulling me in with his brilliant word play and sultry, yet slightly playful attitude. I didn’t want this moment to end. Partly through the song, a singing part came around, and as he serenaded me with his sweet voice, he linked his hand with mine. My heart pounded. He was never this intense with his feelings before. We had moments of immense affection, but this was another level. Salty tears began spilling from my eyes subconsciously. A wide smile began to form across my face. Upon seeing this reaction, Hoseok smiled warmly at me as the song came to an end. He kneeled in front of me to wipe the fresh tears from my cheeks.
"Happy birthday Y/N" he whispered before closing the gap in between us.
I never was a big fan of surprises, but maybe they’re not so bad after all.
