It's been a long, long time since I made a dice post. Mostly because it's been that long since I was able to find the time to prototype. But I've been watching so much cool stuff in that time, and finally I was able to put that inspiration and a scrap of time together. Yay!
So, who else has been watching Bannerfall SMP? Because if you haven't you don't know what you're missing. It's so good! I would love to do individual dice for all the different players like I did with Life Series and Hermitcraft, but there are so many ... so I had to settle, for now, with just two designs. Blue Kingdom and Red Kingdom.
I think they turned out pretty good. Different from the official d6 farkle dice sets they're selling as merch (go check out their merch! it looks really good!) but still in theme with the kingdoms and overall medieval fantasy vibe. I always have so much fun translating inspiration into these fan-made dice.
I'm really happy with how they turned out. I've watched every POW Creations series so far and can't believe it's taken me this long to get to making dice for them. I really want to do a Vampires design too, just for fun, so I went ahead and listed it and plan to prototype it once I get some other work done. I went ahead and designed what the others would be too but I don't know if anyone would be interested with dice in honor of past series like Rats or Pirates. Let me know if you would.
